Riot in Illinois VIII
Live from Enterprise Arena in Chicago, IL
Saturday, June 13th, 2020
The lights in the arena dim and a spotlight illuminates the ring, revealing bunches of balloons, a black carpet and a banner reading “Everest basecamp” with a large cardboard box placed on a table in the corner as the Tron lights up and Ravenhead by Orden Ogan begins to play throughout the arena and Henri Black, dressed in a black suit and tie with a grey overcoat, steps through the curtain with a microphone in one hand as he makes his way to the ring and slowly climbs the steps, taking in the scene.
Sir Figgles:
Oh great, we get to start the show with a message from Henri Black and his ego.
Henri Black:
Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome to Everest Basecamp! I know you’re surprised to find it in the middle of Chicago instead of Nepal all of a sudden but don’t question it, after all, who are we to contradict the best in the World when she tells us all that defeating her is comparable to climbing the worlds tallest peak?
Amy Maynard:
Not many people can move Mount Everest from Nepal to Chicago, that’s an impressive feat.
Henri heads to the corner and removes a small knife from his pocket, slicing through the packaging tape and opening the box.
Henri Black:
Well Glory, I beat you, made you tap in a match you said I had no chance of winning, so to celebrate that fact I’ve brought gifts for everybody here. And don’t worry, everybody who is stuck at home right now will have the opportunity to purchase this piece of wrestling history along with wristbands, baseball caps and keyrings.
Henri reaches into the box and removes a gold T-shirt bearing Henri’s Raven in flight logo and the words “I Made Glory Braddock Tap Out Club, Est. 2020.” which he displays for the camera and tosses it directly to Amy at the commentary desk before taking up another and lobbing it at the timekeeper, tossing shirts to each member of the MWE staff at ringside until there is only one left and handing the final shirt to Rumchata.
Amy Maynard:
This is a really nice shirt...
Sir Figgles:
Please tell me you’re not going to wear that thing.
Amy Maynard:
Well, not tonight but next week? Who knows..
Henri Black:
But all joking and levity aside, Glory, I came into your world last week and I humbled you, yet despite the writing on the wall you stubbornly refused to submit for the longest time, which begs the question... what are you going to do tonight when everything that you believe in is on the line?
Staring directly into the camera with a look of intensity Henri takes a deep breath before continuing.
Henri Black:
Your superiority has been challenged in the one match that you thought would assure you of victory and now you not only do you have to face me in a Last Man Standing match, but you need to do it on what amounts to one leg. Now don’t mistake me I am fully aware that an animal is most dangerous when it’s wounded, and I am eminently aware of the threat posed by the Glorious Golden Era, sure they will be punished severely for any interference but when their precious leaders head is on the block I don’t doubt for a moment that they would consider it a price worth paying.
Henri gives a deep sigh and pinches the bridge of his nose with his free hand.
Henri Black:
So Glory, the way I see it you no viable courses of action tonight, sure you could take your own advice and just lay down, take the loss, heal up for another week and hope that I’m feeling merciful come round four. But to paraphrase what you told me last week that leaves me only one win away from the Riot Championship and coming back against me in my world? I just don’t think you have what it takes to pull that off and if you take the easy way out this week then they had might as well hand me my championship. I’m putting you on notice right now Glory, If I am given the choice then the fourth match will be contested inside of a steel cage. I’m fresh out of mercy.
As he makes his way from the ring Henri makes a detour to the Announcers table and pulls baseball cap from his coats interior pocket and slaps it down on Figgles head, after first removing the announcer’s headset, and giving him a thumbs-up before heading up the ramp and back through the curtain.
Amy Maynard:
That hat looks good on you.
Sir Figgles:
Not. A. Word.
Singles Match
Alex Andrews VS Christina Lopez-ZdunichEven though she came up short in her debut last week, Alex Andrews showed some potential and the right attitude to succeed here in MWE, and tonight she chased that first win against Christina Lopez-Zdunich. If the first minutes were any indication, the rookie had every tool in her box to score the upset against the veteran. Quick on her feet and deceptively strong for someone her size Alex surprised the Blossoming Rose with a volley of strikes right off the bat, adding some big moves such as a fireman’s carry backbreaker and a backdrop driver to her offense. Christina had to take a break rolling out of the ring to recollect her thoughts and come up with a new strategy. Andrews chased her outside to keep her momentum going, and here’s where Christina’s experience came into play. As soon as Alex left the ring, Christina started running baiting the opponent into following her. sliding back under the ropes and take the rookie down with a low dropkick when she did the same. And then the multi time champion unleashed a hell of kicks to the chest of the opponent, knocking her down with the Flashing Lights. Lopez made the cover but Alex kicked out in two. Christina seemed in full control after Alex’ initial burst died off. The sixteen years old veteran put a lot of pressure on the rookie with quick cover attempts, the closest to three being after a Mysteriorana. After kicking out for the umpteenth time, Andrews backed in the corner looking for some safety, but she was reached by a high knee to the face followed by a bulldog. After taunting and bad mouthing the opponent, Christina went for her handspring moonsault, landing across Andrews’ knees, and quickly got rolled up into a pinning predicament, escaping it in two and half. Alex seemed to have found new courage and confidence now. And every near fall she obtained seemed to increase that. An ace crusher and a senton right after saw Christina barely kicking out. Feeling the momentum on her side , Double A was now waiting for the opponent to get back to her knees, ready for her Brain Death (step up axe kick). When “It’s A Long Way To The Top” blasted out of the loudspeakers, she took her eyes off the opponent, spotting her partner from last week’s Morgan Malice standing on the entrance stage. Lopez saw her opponent distracted and caught her with a kick to the gut, doubling her over to hit the Rock & Roll and secure the win. WINNER: Christina Lopez-Zdunich BY: Pinfall (Rock & Roll), 8:11 |
Amy Maynard: "Man, I feel bad for Alex.."
Sir Figgles: "Me too. Losing to Christina Lopez musy be the lowest point in a wrestler's career. Luckily for her, it happened in her second match, she has plenty of time and the potential to come back from this."
Amy Maynard: "Come on now, show some respect to Christina.. She's a decorated wrestler who has gone through a rough path recently, but tonight's win might be exactly what she needed to turn her luck around. As for Alex, she did her best and without that distraction from Morgan, we may be telling a whole different story now."

Topher Constantine Junior VS Liv MercerAn aggressive start from Liv, looking to go back to her winning ways against the world champion’s younger brother. Unleashing a variety of kicks she pushed Constantine in the corner, refusing to let him out of it even when the referee tried to set them apart. As his count hit the four, she sent Topher in the opposite corner charging in his direction with a body splash, eating a boot to the face by TCJ. He then fired off his Bro’s Chops, wearing down Liv before scooping her up and dropping her on the mat with a body slam, following with a jumping legdrop, shifting into a lateral press, but Liv kicked out in two. The first ever Riot Champion quickly takes back control bringing the match to the canvas with a headlock takedown. Topher managed to get back to a vertical position and escape the hold, going for an irish whip that was countered by Liv. As Topher bounced back, Mercer took him down with a japanese armdrag, once again using her technique to keep Topher grounded. If the first half of the match saw the Riot Original controlling the pace of the match and limiting Topher’s chances to build any kind of momentum, the Tophster eventually turned the tides with his Or Whatever (springboard stunner). Showing off some technique of his own, Constantine linked together a series of submissions to Merces’s right leg, weakening it and building up to the Bro’s sub figure four leglock. Liv managed to get out of it relatively easily, disentangling herself from the submission and quickly going back on the offense with some vicious strikes, eventually knocking him down with a roundhouse kick. The match picked up speed now, as Liv hit Topher with a Front Missile Dropkick and Constantine bounced right back on his feet with a kip up. Liv then jumped and caught him with a headscissors takedown, sending him near the corner and following with a shining wizard. Junior ducked and quickly rolled her over into a pinning predicament, but the former champion kicked out in two. Constantine quickly went for a shining wizard as well, this connected straight to Liv’s face. He was waiting for her to get up, possibly to go for The Most Devastating Move In Wrestling but he got distracted by Playing With Fire by Plan B feat. Labirinth. It was obvious that Khali instead was playing with him, since he didn’t even walk out. But the distraction was enough for Liv to hit him with the Stay Grounded (Inverted Foot Stomp). WINNER: Liv Mercer BY: Pinfall (Stay Grounded), 9:44 |
Amy Maynard: "Once again that first win escaped Topher, this time thanks to KW3 interference."
Sir Figgles: "This is what you get for stepping in other people's business, Topher. Are we sure he's Chris' brother?"
Amy Maynard: "You mean because one is hiding behind a gang of crooks while the other stood up for a fellow colleague?"
Sir Figgles: "I meant because Chris got the brains, the looks, the charisma... Nature has ben particulatly cruel with Topher."

Asher Miles & Saki VS Leia LeBeau & Noris Cranley
As soon as Asher took the stage, Leia asked Noris to let her start the match and the Unstoppable accepted. The bell rang and Leia immediately went for the man who has been harassing her and her boyfriend for months, but Miles was quick to make the tag to Saki, saying that he will only fight Leia when he wants and on his terms. Leia shook her head, preparing herself for the unorthodox Singapore Mauler. With both of them being very proficient strikers the match was as hard hitting as it comes. If Leia’s kicks looked more fluid and pinpoint than ever, further proof that the new mysterious trainer, whoever that was, was working wonders, Saki’s offense might have been less smooth and easy on the eye, but equally dangerous, as LeBeau found out when the Kawaii Deathmachine almost took her head off with a roundhouse kick. After kicking out in two, though a bit dazed Leia was able to block another kick to the stomach and counter it with a dragon whip. Saki was quickly back on her feet, but the Jet City woman met her with a flurry of kicks, the last one a superkick that sent Saki in the corner. Leia pressed her foot against her throat with the handstand corner foot choke, Cranley made the tag and ran to the opposite sde of the ring to knock Miles off the apron, charging back to Saki and hitting her with a dropkick to the face when Leia let her go. For some long minutes Noris played with Saki, but the Singapore Mauler didn’t seem to enjoy it this time. With the Fallen Angel Cranley almost got the win, calling Asher to a last minute save. Eventually Saki was able to find an opening, taking advantage of a distraction provided by Kaia Granger to catch him with a sitout jawbreaker, and finally allowing a fresh Miles to enter the ring. Antares kicked the aggression up a notch, his strikes were overly aggressive and particularly stiff. After each and every one of them he glanced and taunted Leia. The Show let it get to her, trying to enter the ring when Asher mentioned her boyfriend Donovan Keane, still on the sidelines since the Ambulance Match at Dark Web II. The referee obviously stopped her, turning his back to Asher who didn’t hesitate kicking Noris in the jewels. The Unstoppable was down, Miles took a few steps back and hit the Antares punt kick, making the cover. Leia saved it at the last moment. Noris needed to make the tag desperately, but he didn’t seem able to turn the tides of this match. Until he raised his knees to counter Asher’s 450 splash. Unfortunately he had to cross the entire ring to reach Leia, and Miles was standing in his way. Kick after kick, punch after punch Noris was gaining some ground, coming closer and closer to his partner. Asher tried to fight back, but a jumping knee to the chin rocked him and frustrated his comeback. Cranley then lifted him on his shoulders and dropped him on the turnbuckle with his Abandoned Alabama Slam finally making the tag… But Leia wasn’t there, laying on the floor after Kaia swept her leg and caused her to fall face first on the apron. Inside the ring, Asher rolled Cranley up and used the ropes as leverage, stealing the win for his team. WINNER: Asher Miles & Saki BY: Pinfall (Roll Up), 10:03 |
Sir Figgles: "My boy Asher got em! Ha!"
Amy Maynard: "Are you going to pretend he won fair and square?"
Sir Figgles: "Are you going to whine after every match? This is how wrestling works, Amy. You see an opportunity, you take it."

We open in the Enterprise Arena backstage and we see a ladder. But that’s all we see. No one is standing anywhere near it. And the silence seems to indicate that no one is around anywhere. But then…
Kimberly Williams:
You hoo!
The camera turns to the right looking for someone but finds no one. It turns to the left side but still finds no one. The camera looks behind...but still no one. Where is this voice coming from? Where is Kimberly Williams? We are still unsure. But then…
Kimberly Williams:
Hey! Up here!
The camera looks up to the top of the ladder. It is there that we see “The Woman Scorned” and reigning HKW Bloodlust Champion Kimberly Williams seated atop the ladder. A devilish grin is etched across her lovely face. She is wearing torn denim jeans, black boots, and a plain black t-shirt. Her HKW Bloodlust Champion is wrapped around her lovely waist.
Kimberly Williams:
I felt this was a nice place to talk to all of my wonderful lovely fans! My legions upon legions of Kimmie Fans! Because this very ladder...ok, well, maybe not this specific ladder because I think the actual ladder was a little bigger...but a ladder very much like this one was used in Dark Web when I came oh so close to ascending to the top and taking the Junior Heavyweight Championship!
She scratches her chin.
Kimberly Williams:
Or is it the Super Glorious Championship now? That’s what that idiot Hayley is calling it. That gives me an idea! Hey, Vincent! I gotta question! If I beat Krissy here tonight and go on to beat Hayley for the championship, can I call myself Super Awesome Really Cool Champion of the Entire Known Universe? Yes? No? Maybe? Just consider it! My marketing executive says we’ll make tons of money off of it! Granted my marketing executive is my half-sister Jessica Lasiewicz and she doesn’t know of this plan until just now. Oh and she also didn’t know she was my marketing executive until just now!
The Woman Scorned waves at the camera.
Kimberly Williams:
Hi, Jess!
The HKW Bloodlust Champion’s face grows more serious.
Kimberly Williams:
Now I am no fool. Tonight I face Krissy Spencer for the number one contender status to the Junior Heavyweight Title. Two weeks ago Kristina..Krissy...whatever...and Hayley were on opposite ends of a six person tag that ended in a controversial disqualification. Then last week Kelsey Spencer got payback on Krissy’s behalf by beating her one on one. Now this week me and Krissy are facing each other for the number one contender status to Hayley’s championship. I haven’t had much to do with Hayley outside of Dark Web. The Spencer clan has been chasing her for weeks now. The writing is on the wall. The role I’m supposed to play is as a stepping stone, right?
A devilish laugh escapes Kimberly’s lips.
Kimberly Williams:
Those who know me best know that I do not play by anyone’s script. Hell, I do not play well with others at all! Ruby Tyler and Zoey Adler were supposed to settle their bitter rivalry for the Bloodlust Championship...I wasn’t supposed to be involved...and yet not only did I get involved but I beat them both and became Bloodlust Champion. Months ago I was supposed to just be a fill in opponent for the SCW United States Championship, because the originally scheduled challenger wasn’t able to compete. I wasn’t supposed to win. But I flipped the script and won the title. Everywhere I go I change the script into whatever the hell I want it to be and tonight, as much as you may hate Hayley and as much as you want that championship, the sad thing for you is that it just isn’t gonna happen, because I want it too.
The Woman Scorned points a finger at the camera.
Kimberly Williams:
Hayley...you will have a date with The Woman Scorned...whether you want to or not...and just like everyone else I encounter, I will take the one thing that you hold nearest to your heart...a championship belt...
Singles Match
#1 Contendership for the Junior Heavyweight Championship
Krissy Spencer VS Kimberly Williams#1 Contendership for the Junior Heavyweight Championship
A fast paced contest in pure Junior Heavyweight style between the former champion Krissy Spencer and the current Underground Bloodlust champion Kimberly Williams, with the chance to challenge Hayley Halsey at the next PPV. Spencer had a better start as she moved broke out of the initial clinch to move behind the opponent’s shoulders to connect a quick boob plex. Kimberly immediately made it back to her feet but a dropkick from the Wicked One sent her out of the ring. Krissy moved on the apron and went for an Asai moonsault but Kim moved out of the way. The former champion’s sharp reflexes allowed her to land on her feet but she couldn’t avoid the Morrigan’s Wrath superkick that caught her right on the mush. Back inside the ring, Kimberly was looking to exploit the advantage she earned, hitting Krissy with every part of her body, including a series of rapid fire headbutts that knocked the former champion down. Williams climbed up to the top turnbuckle and jumped for the beautiful Chaos Theory corkscrew senton. Taking high risks doesn’t always pay off and tonight was one of those cases. As Kimberly crashed and burned on the canvas, Krissy reached her with several kicks to the ribs. Having trouble breathing, Williams was now on all fours, visibly in pain. Mercilessly, Krissy curb stomped her and made a quick cover, but the Wildcard was still in the match. Back and forth action led us to the point when Krissy had the opponent set up for another Handful Of Fun, but this time Williams blocked the Boob Plex attempt and countered with a right elbow to the head. Her high kick to the temple missed as Krissy was able to duck under it, catching her as she spun around into another boob plex, this time connecting the move. With the opponent down, Spencer climbed to the top rope for her Wicked Good Time but before she could do it, Kimberly reached her on top. The two women fought it out and obtained the worst possible outcome, losing balance and falling on the outside. They both landed awkwardly on the apron and then on the floor, where they laid motionless as the referee began the count. Kimberly started getting up at seven, slowly pulling herself on the apron trying to slide back in. But Spencer grabbed her ankle and dragged her out again; a moment later the ref counted to ten and called for the bell, leaving the match with no clear winner. WINNER: // BY: Double Count Out, 9:58 |
Sir Figgles: "There's no winner, restart the goddamn match!"
Amy Maynard: "I don't think any of them is in any shape to get back in the ring. And if I know Vincent Moretti, he already has a solution to this situation."

A stool is the only thing shone with light in the middle of dark room. You can see only flickers of a neon sign the reads Fake Tales. A moment goes by and the host of his little show your Favorite Worst Nightmare Brien Storm appears taking his place on the stool and lighting a cigarette.
Brien Storm:
It's not often that I get retrospective. I usually win matches and win championships. I walk into anywhere I go and I'm immediately a threat. That's by design as I am the greatest technical wrestler on the planet. Carrying around that title is one of the many badges of honor. Unfortunately I've been lyin to meself recently, I feel as if I've become the guy who can't get it done here on Riot. Because of it your Favorite Worst Nightmare has fallen down the card and now I'm not even featured in a match on this week of Riot.
Brien lets out a heavy sigh.
Brien Storm:
That's what has me retrospective. I see someone like with about as much skill as a rock in Jenni Anderson in the main event where I should be and I get nauseous. Fact of the matter is I should be in the battle for the Briefcase match. I'm the only thing remotely talented and entertaining on Riot! They had to bring in my good friend Chris Constantine Jr. because I've been slacking. So in essence I'm catching meself before I hit the ground, I want gold and I'm going to show ever motherfucker that your Favorite Worst Nightmare is well deserving of being a champion wherever I go. I'm about to kick off a fuckin renaissance, you can call it the Summer of Storm. My brilliance is going to be shown in a way MWE fans haven't seen. This won't just be anyone at the top of their game… this'll be your Favorite Worst Nightmare Brien Storm at the top of his game. You can tune in next week for that.
A big glowing smile comes across Brien's face and for the first in a while it seems like he's beaming with confidence.
Singles Match
Alan Envy VS Neil NewmanLast Wednesday on Millennium Duke Andrews got one over one half of the MWE Tag Team Champions, Kyle Butler. His brother in arms Alan Envy had the chance tonight to go two to none for the American Pain Experience as he took on Neil Newman. Oozing confidence, the Lonestar went in Kyle’s face, telling him loud and clear that he’s coming for those titles, before blasting the champ with a forearm to the jaw. Newman was quick to fire back, delivering a sudden shot that caught Envy by surprise, allowing Neil to hit two more in rapid succession before Alan reacted with some of his own for the most classic of the brawls in the middle of the ring. Stiff forearms flew back and forth until the APE member got the upper hand and sent Newman for a run against the ropes to throw him in the air with a high back body drop. Halfway into the match, there was no clear favorite yet. Both men had their fair share of near falls, the momentum shifted back and forth between the two of them. But now it looked like Alan had things under control, almost getting the win with his pop up death valley driver from which Newman was barely able to save himself with a last second kick out. The Texan quickly went for a sliding lariat and when that failed as well, he began to show the first signs of frustration. He took that out on his opponent as he sat in the corner, stomping the hell out of him until the referee pulled him away and admonished him. This didn’t stomp Alan from going once again for the exact same move, but it bought Newman some valuable time. The tag team champion blocked Alan’s foot and pushed his leg backwards, causing him to fall face first on the top turnbuckle. Neil then hammered him with punches and kicks in the corner, Alan tried to fight back but he missed the right hook as Neil ducked it and drove his shoulder in his mid section. As the match dragged on toward the conclusion, Neil connected a super belly to belly suplex but this wasn’t enough to give him the win. Alan was in big troubles, getting tossed all around with all sorts of suplexes. His tag partner REDD Thunder tried, to nobody’s surprise, to interfere in the match. Kyle Butler made sure the Walking Disaster didn’t make it to the ring, hitting him with a running forearm from behind. The distraction allowed Alan to turn the tables once again with an eye rake and pummel Newman with another flurry of stiff shots, rocking the tag team champion. When he went for his Envious Demise though, Newman caught him in his EGV (End Game Evolution) a standing version of the arm triangle choke, locking it in so tightly that Alan was left with no choice but to tap out. WINNER: Neil Newman BY: Submission (EGV), 10:35 |
Amy Maynard: "Neil scored a big... HEY WATCH OUT!"
REDD launched Kyle against the commentator's table, forcing Amy and Figgles to a quick retreat. Butler was right back up and climbed on the table, miraculously still intact hit REDD with a jumping knee. Neil came to help his partner taking down The Law, but the cavalry was on their way as Duke Andrews came down to even the odds. Right behind him a handful of security guards came to the scene and soon restored some order.

Steel Cage Match
Omari Johnson VS The Masked AngelA new chapter in this story between Omari Johnson and the Bad Boyz saw the young kid taking on the Masked Angel in a steel cage match. Omari wasted no time pushing the mysterious wrestler against the cage with a shotgun dropkick. Weeks of frustration for all the attacks, the interferences and the threats to his family members were finally being let out in the form of furious stomps and kicks. Eventually Johnson dragged Angel up to his feet and, with a snapmare, flipped him into a seated and kicked him hard between the shoulder blades. Masked Angel arched his back in pain, leaving himself exposed to a running single leg dropkick to the face by Omari who then made a first pinfall attempt after a running shooting star press. Masked Angel eventually found his footing in the match, blocking a kick to the side from Johnson and connecting a capture suplex, tossing Omari against the cage wall. He then grinded his face against the wall before catching him with a belly to back suplex. Amy Maynard pointed out how Angel was showing an impressive technique, something that couldn’t be seen in his previous appearances. Belly to belly, gutwrench variation and even a northern lights bridged into a pin, obtaining a long two count. Angel waited for his opponent to get back to his feet and then tried to hit him with a running bicycle knee, but Omari rolled out of harm’s way. The Masked wrestler managed to stop before hitting the cage with his knee and quickly turned around to charge back at Omari, who was already running towards him and took him down with a sling blade. After an awful fall from almost the top of the cage, Omari still found the strength to kick out from the pinning predicament and slip away from a suplex attempt, landing behind Angel and desperately pushing him against the cage. The masked wrestler went down and Omari grabbed both his legs, using a catapult to launch him against the wall. Angel grabbed onto the cage and began to climb, quickly followed by Johnson who reached him on top and began smashing his face against the steel structure. Four or five times, until Angel fell down. There was a collective gasp at ringside as Omari was left with Angel’s mask in his hand, and the man laying on the canvas was revealed to be Marcus Ali Jr. As soon as Omari realized it, the lights went off for a few seconds. When they came back. the real Masked Angel was inside the ring, taking Omari on his shoulder and dropped him down with an electric chair driver. Omari was out, but Angel, the authentic one, dragged him back to his feet to allow Marcus to hit the Iron Fist. WINNER: Masked Angel BY: Pinfall (Iron Fist), 14:09 |
"Playing with Fire" is playing as The Masked Angel (looking like SWAT team member wearing a black tactical vest over a black hoodie, black tactical cargo pants and black tactical boots, black gloves and ski mask covering his entire face) helps up a battered, but victorious Marcus Ali wearing similar tactical clothing to The Masked Angel.
Sir Figgles:
What a win for Marcus.
Amy Maynard:
What a win? This was a scam, a con by The Bad Boyz.
Sir Figgles:
What are you talking about?
Amy Maynard:
This match was supposed to be between Omari Johnson and The Masked Angel. This ended up, not just with Marcus playing the role as The Masked Angel, but a two on one situation.
Sir Figgles:
Firstly, nobody knows who is The Masked Angel, for we know it could be Marcus Ali Jr. It could be more than one individual. It could even be, .....President Donald Trump.
Amy Maynard:
Really the President of the United States?
Sir Figgles:
Hey it could be anybody.
Marcus looks at Omari Johnson and then at The Masked Man, he tells him to pick up The Human Superman. The Masked Man follows his orders and slowly brings Omari to his knees.
Amy Maynard:
Marcus won the match, what more does he wants.
Sir Figgles:
I think he we all know what he wants. The Bad Boyz warned Omari, that tonight, he'll be left beaten, bloodied and humbled.
Marcus gets into the face of Johnson.
Marcus Ali Jr:
Look at me. .....What's going to happen next, is going to hurt me, a whole lot more than it's going to hurt you.
Marcus looks at The Masked Man.
Marcus Ali Jr:
I want to see him bleed.
Amy Maynard:
Did you hear that?
The Masked Angel immediately brings Omari Johnson to his feet and slams him face first into the steel cage.
Amy Maynard:
Oh my God, did you hear that?
Sir Figgles:
Flesh against steel is never a good thing. The Bad Boyz are keeping to their word. Omari's blood will stain Riot's ring tonight.
Omari tumbles to the canvas, it to be picked up again and sent flying face first into the steel cage. Before Omari could even catch himself, The Masked Angel have already brought him back to his feet and again into the steel cage. By now the referee looks to intervene, yelling at The Masked Angel, this is when Marcus grabs the referee from behind and slams the back of his head into the cage.
Amy Maynard:
Are you serious?! You're going to condone that Figgles?
Sir Figgles:
Okay that is going a little far, but referee's job is done, why is he still in the ring.
Amy Maynard:
That referee was looking out for a defenseless Omari, he did not deserve that.
As the referee slowly gets up to his feet grabbing the back of his head, Marcus delivers a knock out Iron Fist punch. Meanwhile The Masked Angel have sent Omari Johnson for the forth time into the steel cage. Topher Constantine Jr rushes down to ring side.
Amy Maynard:
Finally, some help to bring an end this one sided brutality.
Sir Figgles:
What the heck is he doing here?
This caught the immediate attention of Marcus, who goes to hold the cage door preventing Topher from entering. When Constantine Jr realize this isn't going to work, he abandons the door and heads towards the side of the steel cage and begins to climb. However he does not reach far as Khalil Washington III (sporting an unzipped grey hoodie, faded blue jeans and Retro Jordan's 11 Space Jam) rushes down the ramp.
Sir Figgles:
It's the KW The Third!!!!
Khalil connects with a hard forearm to the lower back of Constantine Jr, Khalil hits yet another forearm, before pulling him off from the cage and sending Topher crashing into the barricade, he stumbles to his feet towards the corner of the barricade and out of nowhere Khalil rushes and deliver a Drive By Spear to Constantine Jr, as both guys crashes through the barricade.
Amy Maynard:
Oh my God!!!!
Sir Figgles:
Constantine Jr has stuck his nose in The Bad Boyz business way too many times and Khalil Washington III made him pay for it, with a spear through the barricade.
Meanwhile inside the ring surrounded by the steel cage a streak of blood runs down the face of Omari Johnson.
Sir Figgles:
And the Human Superman is busted open.
Amy Maynard:
By these thugs!!!!
The Bad Boyz Marcus Ali Jr and The Masked Angel are focused on Omari Johnson. As The Masked Angel brings a battered and bloody Omari to his feet, Marcus places his hand in his pants side pockets. He pulls out a brass knuckles and places it over his knuckles.
Amy Maynard:
What is that?
Sir Figgles:
It's brass knuckles!!!!
Amy Maynard:
You've got to be kidding. For what?!
On the outside Khalil pulls himself up and steps away from a down and out Topher Constantine Jr. Inside the steel cage Marcus spins around hits the Iron Fist with brass knuckles. Omari falls on back, knocked out.
Amy Maynard:
The Iron Fist literally by Marcus. Enough is enough!!!
Marcus Ali Jr:
Bruh, you brought this upon yourself.
As Marcus mounts a down and out Omari, out of nowhere running down the ramp with a concern look on her face is Omari's twenty-year old sister Kassie Johnson.
Amy Maynard:
And here comes Omari's sister Kassie Johnson.
Sir Figgles:
It's not smart getting close to The Bad Boyz right now. They're on a mission for blood.
Amy Maynard:
I fear for her safety right now.
As she looks to open the cage door, Khalil holds her from behind and moves her away. As he lets her go she looks to slap him, but he holds her wrist.
Khalil Washington III:
Calm down kid.
Marcus Ali Jr sadistically begins to pummel away with the brass knucks. Kassie begins to panic and begins to plead to Khalil.
Khalil Washington III:
It's going to be okay. Your brother is learning tough love from The Bad Boyz.
Kassie Johnson:
He's going to hurt him, this is too much, tell Marcus to stop.
She tries to move by pass Khalil, but his grasp on her arm is too strong.
Referees, the medical assistance team and security rushes to the ring as the cage suddenly begins to rise.
Amy Maynard:
Get in there and stop this.
Omari is wearing a crimson mask as Marcus continue opening up the wound with hard rights, with the brass knuckle covered fists. Kassie is now crying, screaming out "STOP" in the arms of Khalil.
Amy Maynard:
Are you happy what these thugs accomplished?
Sir Figgles:
That question should be directed to The Bad Boyz.
As security and referees finally enters the ring, The Masked Angel taps Marcus on the shoulder, who quickly gets up and make two Bad Boyz make their exit.
Sir Figgles:
What condition will Omari be in to wrestle Marcus at our next pay-per-view event?
Any Maynard:
This was a cold calculated attack.
Khalil let's go of an emotional Kassie, drops to his feet. He looks to pick her up.
Khalil Washington III:
Come with me......
She screams out "NO!!!"
Kassie Johnson:
Leave me alone.
Khalil backs off and makes his way towards the ramp area, along with the other Bad Boyz, as "Playing With Fire" begins to play yet again. Marcus has a concern look on his face as he looks at his bloodied fist, while Kassie enters the ring to check on her brother, and Topher enters as well, holding his ribs. Meanwhile The Bad Boyz are now on the stage area, bumping fists with each other.
Singles Match
Andrew Wilkow VS Chris Constantine JuniorChris Constantine was having none of this, putting his foot down and saying that he will not fight that “thing”. The thing was the 6’7’’, 290 pounds of destruction Andrew Wilkow became after the #SandstormEnergy treatment. The expert official almost dared him to walk away, saying that he would lose via countout and Constantine gladly took the easy way out, rolling out of the ring and grabbing his title. Wilkow began to calling him with less than flattering epithets, This didn’t stop CCJ from walking up the ramp and leave, but Devin Hearst did.”Where are you going, Junior?” The Florida Shuffle asked as he stood in Chris’ way, forcing the MWE World Champion to stop halfway on the ramp. From behind him, Wilkow came charging like a freight train, taking down Constantine with a clothesline to the back. He then picked him up on his shoulder and quickly walked back toward the ring to avoid being counted out. Hearst noticed the company’s most coveted prize laying on the floor and picked it up, reaching the ringside area as well. He was about to sit down and enjoy a close look on his goon manhandling Chris when Amy invited him to join them at commentary. And of course, Devin was up for the task. Inside the ring Wilkow dominated the first part of the contest, helped by the fact that whenever Chris was able to break up his momentum, the mere sight of Devin Hearst at ringside with HIS World Championship or one of the many zingers the former Riot Champion took distracted him and allowed WIlkow to get back to work. If anything CCJ proved he could take a lot of damage, resisting some of Drew’s big moves, such as a sitout spinebuster and a buckle bomb/big boot combination. Once again Chris left the ring saying he had had enough and just like before Wilkow went on the chase, This time though it was a ploy from the ever resourceful champion who tripped the big man and sent him face first on the steel steps. Sliding back inside the ring, CCJ commanded the referee to start the count while he engaged in a back and forth with Hearst, yelling at him to put the title down. In all response, Devin kissed it, inviting Chris to come and get it back. But there was no time for that since Wilkow was coming back inside the ring with bad intentions. The final part of the match saw CCJ far more focused and determined than he was before. His offense was more incisive and precise, his movements to dodge the big man’s blows quicker, just like the punches and kicks he countered them with and that forced Devin’s enforcer back toward the ropes. A kick to the stomach was quickly followed by a ddt. Wilkow was finally down, but not for long as he kicked out in two. CCJ stayed on the driver’s seat now, digging deep inside his bag of tricks to keep control every time Drew tried a comeback. The only chance to turn the tides Andrew had was when Chris attempted a suplex, failing to lift the heavyweight who easily countered it with a brainbuster. But soon enough Constantine hit a russian legsweep and followed with a knee drop, obtaining another two count. When WIlkow got up, he kicked him in the stomach and doubled him over, setting up the American Strong Piledriver for the win. WINNER: Chris Constantine Junior BY: Pinfall (American Strong Piledriver), 12:33 |
Sir Figgles: "Let's hear how CCJ is not a great champion again. He just did what no men had been able to do sofar, pinning Wilkow clean in the middle of the ring."
Rolling out of the ring, Chris went to retrieve his title. There were moments of tension building between Junior and Hearst, but eventually he gave the title back to his owner, asking him to keep the title clean because soon he'll be coming for it.

Backstage we find the self-proclaimed “Best in the World” Glory Braddock in her dressing room. She is seated upon a brown stool with her face buried in her head, clearly contemplating the task she has been given tonight: Last One Standing against Henri Black. The blonde haired British beauty is dressed in her typical purple wrestling attire and she looks ready to compete. The British Bombshell looks up and the camera gets a good shot of her face for the first time. Despite having her moniker of “Best in the World” tested last week in a submission match, Braddock also appears to be quite confident. Although her typical smug and arrogant appearance is not there. Glory Braddock is simply confident, but stoic and seemingly ready for the challenge at hand here tonight.
Glory Braddock:
Just like my friend and ally, Neil Newman, said...this is a marathon and not a sprint...this best of five series for the Riot Championship is not over until it’s over and despite losing match two to Henri Black last week….in the match I chose, a submission match, you made me tap out…
This reality may damage some but not Glory Braddock. To her credit, The British Bombshell does not let this get to her. She remains stoic as she stares deep into the camera.
Glory Braddock:
I heard what you said tonight and yes, making me tap out is comparable to climbing everest, as I have now only tapped out three times in my twelve year career. But I also lasted longer in your Memento Mori than anyone else in history. Why? Because I am a competitor driven by the heart of a warrior. I have stared into the eyes of monsters and violent, bloodthirsty seemingly unbeatable tyrants and I have come out victorious. That’s how I earned the title Best in the World. I would be booked to face someone that the so-called experts and fans alike said was unbeatable...but then I went on to beat them...then when I beat those monsters, proving that they were far from unbeatable, they would put me against those monsters in a match that would favor the monsters...no holds barred...unsanctioned brawls...surely Glory Braddock can’t beat them again...but I did…now you did to me what I’ve done to them in the past. You beat me at my own game. Fair play to you, mate.
Braddock lightly applauds; it is unclear whether it is sincere or mocking sarcasm.
Glory Braddock:
Now you want to know what I will do when I step into your world, a Last One Standing Match, with a damaged wheel? The same thing I always do when my back is against the wall...raise my game to a whole new level. Now you might say that becoming even better than you were before is impossible when you are The Best in the World but nothing is impossible for me. I have taken on the best this business has ever produced...you included...and I have beaten them all, and many of them I beat at their own game in their own specialty. Am I concerned about Last One Standing? I won’t deny anything, the injury certainly concerns me. I am definitely not going into this one hundred percent and you know it, so there’s no use hiding it. But if there is one thing that I KNOW is true it’s the fact that I can overcome any obstacle, I can overcome anything no matter the odds, and I can defeat anyone in this business.
The British Bombshell stands up and stares defiantly into the camera with sheer intensity in her eyes.
Glory Braddock:
So you choose Last One Standing and that’s fine with me because the fact of the matter is that this too plays into one of my advantages. Ask anyone I have ever wrestled, ask any of the so-called experts out there, ask any of the fans who have watched me compete, and they will all give you the same answer because no matter whether they love me or hate me the facts are the facts and the truth is the truth. And the truth is that in Last One Standing you have to inflict so much punishment upon an opponent that they cannot answer the count of ten. My competitive desire and the passion and fire I have in my heart burns with so much intensity that it will not allow me to stay down. Even if my own physical well being is at stake my heart will not allow me to stay down. To beat me, Henri, you would have to go to some very dark places and inflict some ungodly immoral amounts of punishment. Are you prepared to go to that dark place, Henri? Because I will tell you and everyone else watching that I am prepared to go to that dark place. I am prepared to do whatever it takes to advance my cause, the cause that is best for wrestling, the cause of The Glorious Golden Era. As far as match four goes?
Braddock smirks devilishly.
Glory Braddock:
You won’t get to dictate what match four is, Henri, because tonight will be my night. I intend to enter your world and beat you at your own game, retaking the lead in this series, thus denying you the opportunity to decide that match four is a steel cage match. Instead it will be me deciding your fate and when I win tonight, I will be the one to dictate that match four will be contested inside of a steel cage. That’s right...I actually agree with you on that one point...let’s do this match four in a steel cage because being the best means you have to adapt and I can adapt to any world, to any rules, to anyone’s game. You want a steel cage for match four? I’m fine with that, because then I can end you inside of a steel cage...a match that you so arrogantly decided tonight would be your crowning achievement to become Riot Champion, instead it will be the night I become Riot Champion by beating you in match four, taking the series at three matches to one.
Braddock shuts her eyes.
Glory Braddock:
Sic Semper Tyrannis...thus always to tyrants…
Riot Championship Best Of Five Series Match
Match Three: Last One Standing
Henri Black VS Glory BraddockMatch Three: Last One Standing
Round three for Black and Braddock, currently tied at one each in their best of five series. A win tonight would give them the chance to finally get their hands on the Riot championship on night one of the By Any Means pay-per-view, putting all the pressure on the opponent who would then need to win two consecutive matches in two days to take home the brand’s most coveted prize. Perhaps that was why they both started with a cautious approach, both of them careful not to give the opponent an early advantage. The first real strike was Henri’s ripcord larat coming at the end of a two minutes long chain wrestling showcase. The Blackstar immediately rolled out of the ring and dug under the skirt, looking for his weapon of choice, a kendo stick. Not one, actually, but two. Glory looked surprised as the Revenant entered the ring wielding a kendo stick in each end, even more surprised when he started using them with equal mastery, flogging her now on one flank and then the other, keeping the action unpredictable. Every now and then he aimed higher, hitting her on the head or the arms and shoulders. And he was clearly enjoying seeing the Best In The World in early difficulty, squirming as she tried to avoid those sudden strikes. And soon the British Bombshell fell on her knees and hands, red bruises scattered on her body. Black grabbed both sticks with between his clasped hands and drove them across Glory’s back, knocking her down. One of them broke in half, the other was still usable. But Henri seemed satisfied with what he had done, stepping back and asking the ref to make the count. Glory pulled herself up in five. Without the support of the Glorious Golden Era, banned from ringside by order of Riot’s General Manager Vincent Moretti, Glory could only count on her own abilities to turn in her favor a match that was definitely more in her opponent’s wheelhouse, hence why Henri picked it. Staying true to the Glorious Golden Era principles, Braddock seemed to be refusing to use any weapon, despite the kendo stick and a chair being now right within reach. She still put Black through a lot of punishment, obtaining a six count after tearing him apart with a ridiculously stiff kicking combination. But even if she was refusing to hit her opponent with said weapons, that didn’t mean she wouldn’t use the environment to her benefit. And then the chair became a perfect target to drop Henri head first onto it with the Beautiful Insanity (Glorious DDT), but even though it took him longer than before, he still beat the count, standing up in eight. The Blackstar instead had no qualms going hardcore, proving once again, not that it was really needed, that he was one of the best in that department. But despite being put through a table, having another kendo stick broken this time on her skull, which caused her to bleed, and the obvious pain to her ankle damaged one week ago in that Memento Mori, the Best In The World refused to stay down, much to Henri’s surprise. With every passing minute Braddock’s limping became more and more evident, undermining her mobility. She still managed to avoid the Black Sacrament, quickly rolling out of the way and dropping Henri down with a reverse DDT. Her right leg might have been hurt, but the left one could still throw some mean kicks to the chest and later the spine of the Australian, now on his knees unable to protect himself from the onslaught. Braddock went for the killing blow, a superkick to the back of the head. But during the charging phase, her right leg gave up. Despite that she still completed her move, but the kick turned out sensibly depowered and Henri got up in eight. It wasn’t even the closest call for the Blackstar, who spent what probably was his longest couple of minutes inside the Shekinah Glory, Braddock’s patented triangle choke. Since the match couldn’t be won via submission, her plan was clearly to make him pass out, thus making him unable to answer the count. And she almost did it, as Henri didn’t even move until the seven. With not enough time to stand up, Black rolled under the bottom rope, resting on the apron as he landed his feet on the floor outside. Glory tried to complain with the referee but, although almost completely out, Black was technically still standing. Braddock went for a baseball slide but Henri sidestepped and grabbed her leg, yanking as he pulled her out. Both took some time to recover, Glory from the damaged leg while Henri was still struggling to breathe. But then the battle resumed, still out of the ring where Black was the most dangerous. For the second time tonight Glory was put through a table, only it was the commentators’ one this time. Figgles stared at Black in dismay as the Revenant piledrived the British Bombshell through it. Shockingly, Braddock stood back to her feet at nine, using the barricade to pick herself up. The only one who didn’t look surprised was her opponent who wasted no time and took her back in the ring, bashing her head against the apron before rolling her back inside the ring. Instinctively Glory crawled to the corner, sitting there to recover. Henri instead kicked her in the face and grabbed the chair that was still laying on the canvas, placinng it on Glory’s face and connecting the Black Sacrament. This time around, the official reached ten. WINNER: Henri Black BY: Last Man Standing (Black Sacrament), 16:51 |
Amy Maynard: "He did it, and now Henri Black took the lead in the series!"
Sir Figgles: "I don't see why you're so happy about it..."
Amy Maynard: "I was just stating a fact. Unlike someone else, I'm impartial on this. Whoever will come out on top from this series would definitely have earned the Riot Championship"

The Bad Boyz Marcus Ali Jr (black v-neck t-shirt, grey & white dri-fit Jordan shorts and black, white and grey Air Jordan Retro 1), Khalil Washington III(wearing a grey hoodie, of a white wife beater, faded blue jeans and Retro Jordan's 11 Space Jam) and The Masked Angel (in his typical SWAT like tactical outfit) are seen in the parking lot heading towards a lengthy black Hummer limo, when a commotion gets their attention. As the camera turns it's attention to the commotion, we see a battered and bruised Omari Johnson (wearing Red, Chicago Bulls #23 Jersey with his forehead bandaged up, making his way towards The Bad Boyz. The Medical team and a couple of security guards, along with his sister are trying to convince him to turn back.
Omari Johnson:
Marcus!!!!!
Anyone can see The Human Superman is in a whole lot of pain.
Omari Johnson:
Marcus Ali Jr!!!!!
There is a lot of back and fort with security and the medical team talking to Omari Johnson.
Marcus Ali Jr:
You don't look too healthy. You okay?
Omari Johnson:
You son of a bitch!!!! I am not done with you.
Marcus Ali Jr:
Well that's why we have that one on one match, even though I'm two and zero, ahead of you.
Omari Johnson:
What you've put my family through, what you did to me earlier. I'm going to hurt you.
Marcus Ali Jr:
Okay here is the deal, you're not in any position to threaten me. Not only did I outsmarted you, I defeated you and I beat you down into bloody pulp, your sister were on her knees in front of my boy Khalil, begging and crying.
Khalil Washington III:
Kassie needs to get use to that position, much like you getting use to bleeding for The Bad Boyz, until you learn your place within The Bad Boyz.
Omari looks calm for about three seconds before launching at The Bad Boyz, only to be held back by security. Kassie is telling at Omari to stop.
Marcus Ali Jr:
I tell you what Omari, my family has always been there for you, money spent, strings pulled, negotiations made. Your career belongs to The Bad Boyz, and through hook or crook, I guarantee you, you will learn and accept your place within The Bad Boyz.
Omari Johnson:
You don't own my career, I owe you nothing.
Marcus laughs and shakes his head.
Marcus Ali Jr:
You need to have that little chat with your mom, or maybe sister.
Kassie Johnson:
Shut up!!!!
Omari looks at Kassie.
Omari Johnson:
What is that asshole talking about?!
Before Kassie could answer, Marcus Ali Jr interrupts the siblings' conversation.
Marcus Ali Jr:
Look cuz, I am going to do you one final favour. That one on one match, will not get pass the first minute. You want to hurt me, I am going to hurt you, again. So let's say at the pay-per-view, I'm going to make you bleed again. In other words, only way to win, the only way
this match could end, .......is by First Blood. What do you say Omari? One on one First Blood Match?
Without hesitation Omari Johnson accepts with a nod. Kassie looks extremely worried.
Kassie Johnson:
No!!! Marcus he's not thinking clearly.
Omari Johnson:
Kassie stay out of this.
Kassie Johnson:
I'm not going to watch them hurt you, like they did earlier. One on one is good enough.
Khalil Washington III:
Kassie!!!! Hey!!!!
With a worried look on her face, she turns and looks at Khalil.
Khalil Washington III:
Maybe we can negotiate, if you come with me and drop to your knees like you did earlier at ring side.
Omari tries one more time to get at The Bad Boyz, but security keeping him away from them. The Bad Boyz smile and laugh and now begins to walk away, heading into the 2020 Hummer limo. We can hear Marcus telling the Boyz that....
Marcus Ali Jr:
This is way too easy.
Khalil Washington III:
I know right?!
Battle For The Briefcase Match
Semi-Final: Steel Cage Match
Jenni Anderson VS Neal DurdenSemi-Final: Steel Cage Match
Amy Maynard: “Here we go, Figgles, the match we all have been waiting for, the main event of the night. It’s the second time the cage is being lowered on the ring tonight but, with all due respect to Omari and Masked Angel, or Marcus Ali, the stakes are much higher tonight.” Sir Figgles: “Whoever wins this match will punch their one way ticket to hell. Not just one, but three stages of it!” Amy Maynard: “That’s right, a spot in the main event of By Any Means awaits one of these two competitors, against the winner of next wednesday’s match between Seth Iser and Keelan Jayce.” The bell rang and the only Riot superstar left in the tournament fired off her corner, hitting Neal with a volley of strikes. It didn’t take the Anarchist long to recover and counter Jenni’s offense with his evasions skills, rolling under the right hook and quickly hitting her with a dropkick that sent the Queenpin against the cage. He hit her with some hard chops to the chest, missing the last one and hitting the cage with his hand instead. Jenni noticed it and quickly took him down with an armdrag, stomping on his hand a few times before locking Neal in a fancy and innovative armbar, bending his fingers backwards in an unnatural and painful looking way. Sir Figgles: “I’ve been locked in more submission than I can remember, but this looks like a nasty one. I don’t envy Durden right now.” Neal eventually found a way out of it, using the cage to push himself into a pinning predicament and forcing Jenni to let him go in order to kick out. They were both back to their feet, Anderson charged in and Neal instinctively stopped her with a right punch to the face. Instantly regretting it as soon as the sore fingers hit the Queenpin’s face, but the pain was worth it as this rocked the Riot superstar and allowed Neal to get back on the attack with his running arched big boot, only worth a two count. He sent Jenni against the corner with an irish whip and charged with both knees to the face, quickly going up on top for a picture perfect moonsault for another count of two. Amy Maynard: “Looks like Neal recovered nicely from that hand injury.” Sir Figgles: “I don’t get these guys.. You have walls of steel at your disposal, why didn’t they start using them yet?” Almost to answer Jacob’s question, the structure surrounding the ring finally was put to good use. Well, not so good it you are Neal, whose face was driven against it and grinded back and forth. He barely had time to recover from that when Jenni superkicked him against the cage, the back of his head hitting the wall hard. Neil was on his knees and Anderson, after a few kicks to the chest, planted him on the canvas with a hurricanrana driver. She then asked the referee to open the cage so that she could leave the ring, but Neal was quick to reach her and avoid that with a snap german suplex. Jenni was right back on her feet, ducking Neal’s clothesline and rolling him up, transitioning right into a facebuster. Amy Maynard: “The Adora-Bomb! Anderson is going for the cover… Two count only!” Sir Figgles: “Jenni seems to be always one step ahead of Durden tonight, he needs to turn things around quickly, if he wants to get to the final.” When Neal managed to speed up the pace of the match, the momentum shifted in his favor. Always innovative, he used the cage wall to hit a shiranui, following with a quick dropkick to the back of Jenni’s head. He wasted no time and picked her up again, unleashing a flurry of kicks and forearms until to set her up for the cradle ddt, shifting into a pinning predicament in one fluid motion to obtain another two count. Out of the ring, Jared Constable was pacing back and forth nervously, the fact that he couldn’t find a way to help Anderson was eating him alive. The only thing he could do was to support her vocally, especially now that she looked completely at Neal’s mercy. A tiger suplex, and olympic slam, a diving tornado ddt.. Those were only some of moves in Durden’s arsenal he tried to put Jenni away with, and even though each and every one of them took him a little closer to the three, they still weren’t enough to keep the Queenpin down. Amy Maynard: “Well you called it, Fig. Now Durden is in full control.” Anything goes inside the cage and as soon as the realization hit Jenni, she had no qualms hitting the Anarchist with a low blow. As Neal was on his knees in agony, she asked once again for the door to be opened, but rather than escape the structure, this time she asked Constable to hand her a steel chair. The first shot caught Neal right on the face, flooring him. The followings hit him on the chest and back once he rolled over trying to escape the dose of punishment Jenni was delivering. Anderson had snapped, beating the welsh man down to a pulp, stopping only when he stopped squirming in the attempt of getting away from the Queenpin. She then made the cover, cockily without hooking the legs or putting much pressure to keep Neal down, and perhaps that was why he managed to raise a shoulder just in the nick of time. Sir Figgles: “That wasn’t very smart of Neal, he should’ve just taken the pin and moved on. It’d have saved him a lot of pain.” Amy Maynard: “You’re assuming Neal knows the meaning of the word quit.” Jenni asked him the same question Figgles posed: “Why don’t you stay down?” after hitting him with another chair shot and watching him rise back to his feet. She swung it again, missing the target this time and getting doubled over by a punch to the side. Neal yanked the chair from her hands and dropped it down, lifting Jenni from a brainbuster on top of it. This seemed to give him a new boost of energy, his offense picked up once again and the near falls piled up just like it happened before, with Durden attempting a cover at any given possibility to wear Anderson down further and keep the pressure on her. And then he did it, hitting his Strike Back vertebreaker right in the middle of the ring. Somehow, not even that was enough to keep the Queenpin down. Neal shook his head in disbelief and tried to escape the cage instead. He was almost there when, shockingly, he saw Jenni climbing up next to him. He stopped his climb and tried to knock Jenni down instead, eventually managing to do so and making his way to the top of the cage. Amy Maynard: “it’s over, Neal has escaped the cage!” Sir Figgles: “No, he didn’t actually.. I don’t know what he’s waiting for though…” Amy Maynard: “I.. think I do.. Don’t do it Neal, there’s no need for that.” Sir Figgles: “No way, he can’t be that dumb…” Something clicked in Neal’s mind, that daredevil instinct kicked in and convinced him to jump off the top of the cage for his Starlight. Amy Maynard: “Holy… He did it!” Luckily for him the shooting star press connected, the spectacular move becoming the icing on the cake of his victory. WINNER: Neal Durden BY: Pinfall (Starlight), 20:14 |
Amy Maynard: "What a match we just witnessed, congratulations to the winner! Unfortunately, we're running out of time. See you guys at By Any Means, and don't forget to tune on Millennium to see who will be Neal's opponent in the Battle For The Briefcase!"
Sir Figgles: "Good night!"
