Gimmick
Extreme Sports Enthusiast: Keelan has an affinity for the extreme. He craves the adrenaline and the rush of sport whether it be mountain-climbing, boulder jumping, Antarctic Ice runs, or taking on anybody in the ring. He’s not afraid to let the fans know that he’s willing to risk it all to take it the next level and will do whatever it takes each and every time he goes out there. This makes him a fan-favorite typically and he uses that vibrato as a motivator for further success.
Personality:
He’s very charismatic and knows how to put that charisma into shaping his best foot forward. He’s been known to win over a crowd with his accent and charm alone. Nevertheless, he’s also a good guy at heart. Doesn’t let anyone complicate or change his morals and has a pretty thick skin when it comes to bantering. He’s easily talked into throwing down in the ring (in his words “all it takes is a swing”). He’s also been known to amp up his accent some in previous promotions as a way to poke fun of how westerners view his homeland. Ideally he’s Australian through and through and damn proud to be, and will show his patronage through speech and eccentric behavior alone.
Aside from in ring personality Keelan doesn’t trash-talk much unless its thrown his way first, he believes in business and personal life being two separate entities and while he will share certain parts about himself, only some of that can be viewed through social means. Ideally, he believes that everyone’s his mate and jokingly states that he has a habit of taking off his shirt (hey Barenaked Ladies reference). He’s a brawler, a shot-caller, and he’s damn hungry for success.
Strengths
- MIC Skills: his skills on the mic are great, he knows what to say to the crowd to get them going (both in the arena and through their TV sets) which makes for good TV and easy to love.
- Thick Skinned: Doesn’t let much of what his opponents say get to him at least verbally.
- Excellent in Ring Stamina
- Technical yet Agile: Has both a good deal of technical ability and agility in the ring. Giving him a nice mix of technicality and Speed.
- Risk Taker: This can be both a strength and a weakness. He’s not afraid to take a risk, but all risks offer a chance for great reward or fatal consequence.
- Tricking: Putting this here because I’m unsure of where else to put it. Keelan is versed in an art called tricking which is basically martial arts moves mixed with gymnastic ability and acrobatics ( if you need an example) this provides him several sequences and alternatives to both showboat for the crowd/viewers and also put together some interesting combos that aren’t necessarily seen in wrestling a lot. While not necessarily incorporated in all of his moves, this can also help with some of those riskier moves as it provides some recovering techniques and combination opportunities to get out of taking the bigger damage.
Weaknesses
- Perception: While he is technically sound, Keelan doesn’t always catch on to the strategy of his opponents falling victim to some of their sinister plots, especially since he is always raring to go.
- Iron Deficiency Anemia: Developed this due to Excessive Endurance Training and internal bleeding from a sports injury. His iron intake has to be monitored, thus if he is busted open and loses too much blood this can be extremely detrimental for him (so lets watch the making him bleed scenarios xD unless you want to see him in the hospital a lot)
- Sometimes too Trusting: Allows himself to be easily trusting of others until they prove him wrong, which can be considered a weakness in some cases.
- Showboating: While not necessarily a show off, Keelan can at times with his tricking ability go overboard with showboating techniques allowing his opponents to capitalize.
- Risk Taker: As stated before this can be both a strength and a weakness.
FIGHTING INFO
Fighting Style(s)

Finishing Move(s)
1. XXXX (Four-X): Cradle Hammerlock DDT (link)
2. The Aussie Salute: Double Gainer Splash (Link) Instead of landing on his feet, obviously he would splash down onto the opponent ((if there is a wrestling variation of this please let me know))
Signature Moves

Preferred Weapon(s)
- Bo Staff: Initially these weapons are collapsible and easy to carry but extend into a very effective staff weapon for use in weapons related matches, they come in various colors and can be used to work with his trick-like moves to further enhance the types of moves he can pull off (using it as a means to kip-up/garner balance like say using a pole in a pole vault would)
- Kendo Stick: Similar concept to the Bo Staff, only kendo sticks are breakable and only good for hitting.
- Boomerang: this one is more for laughs and to make a cool spot as he knows how to throw it correctly.
Preferred Match Type(s)
Singles, Tag Team, or any specialty match with a similar type of booking. He likes to prepare for his opponents and with too many it can cause chaos to speak.
Disliked Match Type(s)
Triple Threat, Four Way, Battle Royal these offer too many elements to properly prepare for and while he will wrestle in any capacity he doesn’t like these types all that much.

CHARACTER HISTORY/BIO
Raised by a single-mother there were times when one might consider Keelan to be a Handful. Originally from the US his mum immigrated to Australia after landing a job with the AAD (Australian Antarctic Division) it was always the two of them growing up and she always noted that he was quite the adventurist even as a young boy, though one might consider it typical behavior for young boys to want to take leaps off of tall objects. His mum always noted that he liked to climb anything, no matter what it was. Each object was a hurdle which made things difficult for her as she worked out of the Mawson Base (one of Australia’s Antarctic bases). Her job as a scientist later became less important than raising her son however and she took a step down from her position to work back on the mainland.
During School, he was always sporty. Playing footie (Rugby), Volley, Cross-Country, and even Cricket. Though these weren’t all done during the same time, he usually excelled at athletics. During breaks from school he would garner interest in various other activities. He seemed to love the outdoors and thus events like water sports and hiking would usually catch his fancy. Nature and the outdoors became a huge part of his life and still remain so.
Though he was not the best academically he did manage pretty decent grades throughout his education and ended up graduating. However, instead of going to college the adventurer in him led him to do some traveling instead, traveling mostly through Asia and found a love for Martial Artistry, specifically Taekwondo (although he has trained in these elements he by no means is an expert).
During these adventures he also fell in love with Rock Climbing even though it was something he did occasionally as a kid with his hiking, he began to do so to more extreme levels at age 19. Freelance climbing became one of his favorites and is still something he likes to do during his free time to this day. Due to a lack of funds he eventually returned to Australia but not without the cultural stimulation he’d gained. He also maintained his training regimen in the previously mentioned art forms.
Working as a waiter and part-time model, helped Keelan progress some of his other ambitions in life. He began to train for the Antarctic Marathon which had been a dream of his ever since he’d experienced one when he and his mother lived on the Mawson Base. He also joined a training school for professional Rugby for a short time, but dropped out due to finding other interests in the extreme sports that he’d taken on.
During one of his training sessions for a triathlon he noticed himself becoming short of breath. He paid no mind to it and continued to push through considering it to be soreness, or perhaps just fatigue, something he could work through in the least. Continuing to push himself later on during these sessions became increasingly difficult however, and one day during a swim for his training he practically drowned had it not been for a nearby boater who was able to pull him out of the water. Once he’d come to and was taken to the hospital he was told that he had a severe case of internal bleeding. Due to this internal bleeding he was diagnosed with iron-deficiency anemia. It was thought that the internal bleeding was caused from a previous injury during one of his training sessions (whether it be from martial arts, triathlons/marathons, or rock climbing ((as there were several falls that went undiagnosed as well)) ) He was put on light duty until he properly healed and he continues to struggle with keeping his levels of iron in check. Anytime he suffers an injury it requires a visit to the ER and blood work to be done.
It was after this long extended break from doing anything that Keelan found himself restless, he’d always been an active male, but it was almost out of pure coincidence when he was flicking the channels that he discovered wrestling. Soon he was attending events and was mesmerized by the athletic skills and equal promotional activity that came along with the sport. It wasn’t long before he found himself a training school and a trainer to whip him into shape and then he was involving himself in a few of Australia’s Independent Promotions. Finding himself liking the intense traveling all over the country helped to boost his happiness with the sport as well as being able to continue training with some of his other athletics and hobbies.
This was when he signed with Inferno Wrestling out of Las Vegas, NV. As a rookie start up Keelan lit the company on fire and gave the green light to a promising career in 2015. Up until 2016 he’d wrestled for Inferno rather successfully only losing one match which ended the season for the company. The match was severe on his body and ended up putting him out of commission due to the catastrophic levels of blood loss he’d experienced in the last fight for the Inferno Championship.
After this he virtually fell off the map with several companies not really wanting to hire him due to the probability of injury he might face due to his condition. Though he’s maintained a proper training regiment (as if he could ever stop) the prospect of getting hired felt daunting and he took a break from wrestling in general. During this time he took up the art of Tricking (a martial arts based sport combined with gymnastics and acrobatics) he used this to help enhance some of his other wrestling abilities.
Now he comes to Millenium after an Impromptu decision to help Melissa Reeves during her match with Duke Andrews. Lets see how all of this plays out shall we?
