PERSONALITY INFO
Theme Song
"Did You Miss Me? (I'm a Veronica)" - The Veronicas
Gimmick
Melody's the bad guy... duh. She spent years of her career being walked on and stepped on and missing opportunities due to her shy demeanor upon coming into the world of professional wrestling. And like one of the most famous bad guys in history... all it took was one bad day. Melody snapped, breaking the rules and her once unbreakable code of ethics, attacking an opponent with a chair. Since then, she's taken on a new persona: a power hungry maniac, who will manipulate others into doing her bidding and dispose of them when they are no longer useful to her like a black widow. She's not one to be trusted, but her alluring looks make it difficult to say no to her requests. Snobby, prissy, better than you, and she knows it, Melody's a good girl gone bad, seemingly with no intention of ever going back. She's star power, personified, and the worst part is that she knows it.
Personality:
Manipulative, bratty, sadistic, cruel, malicious, villainous, vain, megalomaniacal. Melody keeps a small circle of those she genuinely likes, but it is an elite group difficult to enter, and most have some usefulness to her. She carries herself to be the biggest star of the show, which makes it really easy for anyone to want to knock her down a peg or two.
Strengths
- Quickness: Melody spent the earlier parts of her career as a coward, running from opposition rather than fighting. As such, she can run away to avoid paying for her sins.
- Agility: Melody's very well balanced and comfortable innovating moves in mid-air, transitioning from moves to avoid their force
- Intelligence: When you're the smallest competitor in a company, you need to rely on your brains rather than your brawn.
- Charisma: A pretty face and eloquent vocabulary, the privileged life Melody led has made her a natural leader.
Weaknesses
- Arrogance: Frequently, Melody believes she has the match won before she does. This can lead to showboating, bragging, and making a mistake
- Size: At 5'0" and 100 pounds, out-muscling Melody's an incredibly easy task
- Temper: Melody's not getting paid by the hour. She's there to win matches, and wants to get it done. If it takes too long, if an opponent kicks out when she deems they shouldn't, she will throw a tantrum
- Her Arsenal: Melody's moveset is mostly fast-paced and if the situation calls for it, high flying. High risk-high reward also means a greater chance to crash and burn.

CHARACTER HISTORY/BIO
Melody Lennox has always had a passion for performing. A pageant kid, her cute face and dazzling personality had gotten her very far from just a few months old. Earning tiaras, sashes, and scholarships, Melody became a staple of her community in spite of growing up without a lot of money or worldly possessions to her name. Her hair was styled for shows by her mother, her musical talents that had gotten her so far in shows learned in the church her father preached at, her elegant gowns made by hand. It was the latter-most of these skills that got a foot in the door for Melody when it came to professional wrestling, starting her humble career as a seamstress.

She'd been fascinated by wrestling. The pageantry of it all was something she was familiar with. However, with being thrust into the limelight at such a young age, the idea of competing after she'd become an adult and no longer had to wasn't something that Melody was too keen on doing. She enjoyed watching, and the idea of being on such a grand stage made her just as nervous as the other events she'd competed in had, making Melody develop a painful sense of shyness and an embarrassing stutter she'd need to overcome. However, with all things sweet, there were some who wanted to make her sour.
For years, Melody resisted. Cutting her teeth in front of a global audience, most of which who wanted to see her thrive. It was a trial by fire for her, learn or perish. Melody found her way into Portland Pro, competing in their monthly events to make a name for herself, and eventually Uncensored Wrestling, where she overcame her critics in the punk rock pro wrestling company and stood out as a beacon of light and sugar, earning their Uncensored Championship via throwing an opponent off of a moving train to win the match. Eventually, Melody would find her way from there when its doors closed to Carnage Wrestling, where her most famous stint would take place, earning their World Championship on two separate occasions. However, with time, came a sour relationship, where Melody no longer found herself in the favor of Jason Bridges. This put a strain on her working relationship with Carnage, as at this point Melody had fully embraced her place as a privileged prodigy of the leader of the company, and enveloped herself into the role of the take-no-prisoners Villainess. Dubbing herself a "nearly-free agent" and actively campaigning for her freedom from the Baltimore-based wrestling company, her current status and role in Carnage Wrestling is unclear to the public at this moment.
Melody's next step was to play a debut vignette at the Red Line event - a night of wrestling which Melody actively despises, catering to the bloodthirsty fans of the Hardcore scene. Opting to provide something "watchable" on that evening, she left fans with five words to linger on: something wicked this way comes.
