Many men and women have come to my father's wrestling school looking to learn the skill of combat from the very best English wrestler that ever lived. It was my father's desire to pass on his knowledge of combat to those who wanted to better themselves and better the sport. By teaching these men and women the appropriate ways of wrestling, my father had hoped to also indirectly improve wrestling itself. When he was no longer capable of managing the school, he passed that responsibility to me. It was humbling to know that I, his daughter and one of the original graduates of his school, now would be managing that same school myself and for years I did my best to ensure that everything within the school was run the way my father had envisioned it.
Wrestling was not the only thing on my father's mind. Appearances may have been deceiving but my father also valued the importance of family and thus it was on his deathbed that he gave me one final instruction; maintain a close relationship with my family. The Glenn Braddock Wrestling School had always been one hundred percent mine when my father signed it over to me but I realized then that it wasn't fair to my sister. Now a fifty percent share of ownership in The Glenn Braddock Wrestling School has been signed over to my sister, Chastity Alexis Noel. It is her inheritance just as it is mine and she deserves to have a voice and say in its management just as I do.
Unfortunately there is also a business side to this great sport which my family is so passionate about and that business side can, at times, make things difficult. For me, I must admit juggling the duties of a corporate life as well as being an actively competitive wrestler have been challenging. Some ask why I continue to try and do both? The answer is simple: I must do everything within my power to give back to professional wrestling. I must try to not only improve this sport but also fight against those who wish to tear it down. That fight may be inside of a wrestling ring or inside of a corporate board room, but either way that fight must be fought and I will do what I must. In order to assist me in this endeavor, in order to make it easier on myself to manage my new corporate world, I have consolidated my fifty percent share of ownership in The Glenn Braddock Wrestling School under the umbrella of my own wrestling promotion, Global Championship Wrestling.
I am confident that this business move is not only what my father would have wanted but also will be what is best for the future of this sport I love.
