Raymond Reznik is seen with a white tiled wall ending in a dark-colored wall behind him. He's sitting stoically, looking to his left for a moment before speaking softly.
Reznik: I've been doing a lot of thinking these last couple of weeks. Trying to figure some things out, about both myself and my trajectory in Millenium Wrestling Enterprise. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a man of regrets. In my view, regrets are an admission of past mistakes and I'm more of a "seize the moment and regret nothing later" kind of guy. I walked into MWE-
He pauses and looks up when the sound of a door squeaking open is heard echoing, footsteps passing Raymond as he continues.
Reznik: I walked into MWE expecting a fight and almost immediately, I got what I wanted. It says a lot to me that for the first time in over a year, somebody has stepped up to me and not been afraid of starting something with me. Whether that's foolish arrogance or reckless abandon, I couldn't tell you for sure but I'll tell you one thing; I enjoyed it.
See, I've had people in the past talk a big game but then fail to deliver. A World champion in another promotion talked shit about me when we were booked for a steel cage match but then....Well, the promotion goes up in smoke and that guy backs down and disappears when offered the chance to hold the match elsewhere. This time? I went toe to toe with a man who didn't say a word to me, he just went right to the fight. I can appreciate him for that. In fact, I'd say that I respect him for it.
Raymond pauses, smiling and lowering his head enough to rub a hand across his scalp. When he raises his head again, his eyes are wide and bulging in rage as he talks through gritted teeth.
Reznik: And then you interfered in my match.
His features soften as he breaks into another smile, almost seeming amused.
Reznik: I shouldn't have taken the bait but I'm glad that I did. I got to see up close what kind of man you are outside the confines of an even contest between the ropes. The way you took my attention from the match to come fight you...The way you fought as though your life depended on it, even though there was nothing in it for either of us...You showed me a lot that night.
I've spent a lot of time looking myself in the mirror, trying to figure out what I can show you in return. I'll admit that it was difficult but I think I have a way to give you the same message that you gave me a couple weeks back.
Suddenly, he rises to his feet, the camera filming him scuttling before facing the ground, Raymond's legs clad in blue jeans and black boots in view. His phone follows every movement as he leaves what seems to be a bathroom, opening a door as the murmur of a crowd grows louder. Various voices can be heard above the noise, hard slamming also reverberating in the near-distance as Raymond continues to move.
"Holy shit!"
"Damn, it's Reznik!"
"Lets go, Ricki!"
The view of both the floor and a variety of shoes comes to an end when a steel crowd control barrier enters the shot, Raymond moving the phone just above it as he grips the top and hops over to the other side.
"Hey, you can't be here!"
Reznik snatches a microphone from the ring announcer and the view from his camera shows him approaching the ring and sliding into it. The footage swings wildly as a loud crash can be heard, a second time when it looks like he's throwing a kick to an assailant. Suddenly, the phone is held steady, moving around to show the insides of the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City, Raymond's voice booming through the microphone.
Reznik: Hammerstein!
He paces while the crowd looks at him, a few cheering while most boo his presence.
Reznik: I'm coming for you. I'll see you next Wednesday in...
He stops himself and turns as security and other pro wrestlers swarm the ring to take down the intruder, Raymond dropping the mic and throwing an elbow strike to one man, jerking forward and dropping his phone as a slam rings out behind him. The commotion can be mostly heard rather than seen as the crowd cheers and starts singing "Na Na Hey Hey (Kiss Him Goodbye)" in response to Reznik being bundled out of the ring. A ring crew member with long dark hair, glasses and a beard looks down at the phone, reaching to lift it up before the footage ends abruptly.
