Singles Match
Junior Heavyweight Tournament, Group D
Dannicka Aparicio VS Alexis KennedyJunior Heavyweight Tournament, Group D
Tied up with Bo on top of the of the group with 3 points, Alexis Kennedy was looking for a quick victory in the first match of the night to secure her spot in the final at Dark Web in what, on paper, looked like a favorable situation against a young rookie like Dannicka Aparicio. The Daredevil walked to the center of the ring with her hand extended, looking to start the match with a handshake, receiving a kick to the stomach from the Murder Fairy. Lexi applied a front facelock and draped Danni’s arm around her shoulder, lifting her and dropping her down to the mat with a suplex slam, immediately laying on top of her for a quick cover, only getting a one count. Without slowing down, she whipped the opponent in the corner and charged in with a clothesline. Wrapping her arm around the Danni’s head, Alexis climbed to the turnbuckle, sitting on the top and jumping forward, spinning around and landing on her feet performing another suplex. The fans showed their appreciation for the Tornado Suplex with a round of applause as Kennedy made another cover, obtaining a two count this time. What seemed to be a one way match with a laser focused and determined Alexis dominating the opponent was suddenly turned around by the young rookie with a Dannickanrana out of nowhere that sent Lexi out of the ring. Living up her Daredevil moniker, Aparicio gained some speed hitting the ropes and launched herself onto her with a somersault plancha, shaking hands with some fans after landing the spectacular move. Seeing the opponent distracted, Alexis attacked her from behind with a forearm to the back of the head, somehow ducked by Danni who quickly reached out with her arm around Lexi’s torso and fell backwards, driving her face first on the canvas with a flatliner. She then climbed on top of the barricade, running on its edge and launching herself against Lexi with a senton. The referee count was up to seven, and Dannicka rolled her opponent under the bottom rope, following her in and hooking the leg. Alexis kicked out in two. You gotta give the homestate girl credit, she was putting up one hell of a performance tonight here in Anaheim, against a much more established opponent. Kennedy’s plan to grab a quick win was out of the window, as we marched towards the ten minutes mark. Actually, she almost lost it in a couple of occasions, like after the running elbow/running clothesline combo. Fired up by the support of the fans firmly behind her, Dannicka grabbed Lexi in a belly-to-belly position, ready to connect her Slammertime. Kennedy fought back with a headbutt, breaking free from her hug. She followed with a series of kicks and punches Dannicka didn’t seem able to find a counter for, finishing the sequence with the FUM Kick (superkick). With a quick glance at the time on the clock over the entrance, she dropped into a cover, satisfied with having won the match under ten minutes. Or so she thought. The crowd erupted when Dannicka raised a shoulder, a millisecond before the referee counted the three. Alexis’ reaction was a series of unspeakable words while shaking her head and staring at the young opponent, barely moving on the mat. When she picked her up, Danni had a shy reaction with some shots to the jaw that Lexi frustrated almost immediately with a knee to the stomach that doubled her over. The Murder Fairy lifted her and dropped her on the mat with the A-Bomb, picking up the win and stopping the clock at 10:33. WINNER: Alexis Kennedy BY: Pinfall (The A-Bomb), 10:33 |
We cut backstage as the video pans out to see all the fans at the entrance of the Anaheim Convention Center. Everyone in line is patiently waiting to get inside to watch tonight’s show. Just then an airhorn is blown that causes everyone to turn their heads. The crowd starts to boo as Chris Constantine Junior comes walking through the crowd with a megaphone in one hand and an airhorn in the other. In front of him is Dusty Douglas who shoves people out of the way with one hand and in the other hand holds up a sign that reads “JUNIOR HEAVYWEIGHTS FEAR DUSTY”. Behind CCJ is Olivia who’s holding a sign that reads “RIOT = B SHOW”
Chris Constantine Jr.:
Ladies and Gentlemen! Why would you spend your money on going to this show? There are no stars here. There are much better events going on today. Cole Gregory is a douche bag! Smoke has no skills. Liv Mercer is a hack who can’t dance.
The three walk into the arena and continue their protest until security tries to stop them. Using his one hand Dusty shoves the security officials away.
Chris Constantine Jr.:
Riots security sucks! They can’t even handle a Millennium roster member! Anyone watching Riot tonight needs their head checked because it will rot your brain.
The scene cuts as the three continue their protest.

Singles Match
Junior Heavyweight Tournament, Group B
Rachel Carpenter VS Kymmy OliverJunior Heavyweight Tournament, Group B
A must win situation for both Kymmy and Rachel. KO entered this match with three points, putting her on the lead in group B. All she had to do was to beat Carpenter who followed her in the rankings with two points, coming from her dq win last week when Sephora Eastwick attacked her during her match against Levi. The match started off with Oliver jumping on her with a superman punch, stunning the blonde girl. The Youngbloods competitor grabbed her by the back of the head and threw her over the top rope. She landed on the apron, ducking Kymmy’s right hook and going for a shoulder to the stomach. KO moved out of the way and connected with a knee to the face, finally knockin her off the apron with a big forearm smash. The former arm wrestling champion left the ring and jumped off the apron with a knee to the face of the clueless Rachel, who was just getting back to her feet, Relentless, Kymmy kept punishing the Southside star on the outside, tossing her against the barricades and dropping her on the apron with a powerbomb, before finally sliding her in and making the first pinfall attempt, getting a two count. Rachel created herself an opening with a tilt-a-whirl headscissors takedown, kicking Kymmy in the mid section and lifting her, not without some difficulty, for the Blonde Blizzard (spinning fisherman suplex). Instead of making the cover, she used that time to recover a bit, holding her aching back. Oliver must have noticed, as she started targeting that part of the opponent’s body with a hair pull backbreaker. Kymmy rolled Rachel on her stomach, driving her knee into her back five times, the last one being a jumping knee drop. Carpenter was rolling in pain, Kymmy stopped her with an elbow drop to the chest before making a cover. As Carpenter kicked out, Kymmy threw her in the corner where she started started punching her before sending her against the ropes and waiting for a back body drop. rebounding back from the ropes, Rachel kicked the shoulder of the already bent forward opponent, following with a stiff kick to the leg that dropped Kymmy on her knee. She jumped on her back and pinned her to the mat with a sunset flip powerbomb, still not enough to win. The back seriously bothering Rachel and affecting her mobility. This didn’t stop her from doing her best to get a win that could secure her a spot in the title match at Dark Web, pushing through the pain and once again turning the table with a codebreaker. Kymmy went for a lariat, dodged by Rachel who tried to catch her by surprise with a crucifix pin. Despite not being known to be a proficient striker, Carpenter landed a good kicking combination, leaving the opponent stunned and driving her face first to the mat with the In The Six (Snapmare Driver). After barely kick out of it, Kymmy found the strength to react and build some momentum, relying once again on her simple but effective strategy: right hands straight to the face. It was paying off, until Rachel was able to dodge one and hit her with a knee to the stomach, following with a jumping ddt. She positioned herself next to the opponent, turning her back on her and jumped, landing knee first on her chest with the standing moonsault knee drop she calls Carpen-Flip, obtaining the win and two points in the tournament. All she could do now was waiting and hoping that Levi would win or draw against Corey Grimes. WINNER: Rachel Carpenter BY: Pinfall (Carpen-Flip),10:27 |
The scene cuts backstage as Constantine, Dusty and Olivia continue their protest. Riot fans are getting in CCJs face and telling him to get out of here. Holding up the airhorn, he let’s the can do its magic as the nearby fans hold their ears. Dusty quickly shoves the fans away and the three continue their protest.

Junior Heavyweight Tournament, Group A
Aella Foley VS Olivia WytheJunior Heavyweight Tournament, Group A
Everything was on the line in the last match of the very even Group A. For Olivia, leading the rankings with 3 point, a time limit draw could be enough to qualify for the final, while Aella found herself with her back against a wall, with only one option: to win. Despite being in a an adverse situation, when the bell rang she stood in her corner, crouching down and staring at Olivia. This kind of approach surprised Wythe, who was eager to prove herself against the King Of The Ashes. Almost a minute had passed and Aella still hadn’t move. A bold and risky approach, considering that if the time expired, her journey in the Junior Heavyweight tournament would come to an end. Finally she got up, reaching Olivia in the middle of the ring and locking up. The power advantage was definitely on Olivia’s side, but she hadn’t the chance to exploit it since Foley immediately slid behind her back and locked her arm around Wythe’s waist, pushing her against the ropes. Olivia hung on them, stopping the momentum and sending Aella rolling backwards. When the Irish got back to her feet, she couldn’t avoid the impact against the charging opponent who floored her with a shoulder tackle. She picked Aella and dropped her on her back with a deadlift bridging german suplex, from which Foley kicked out in two. Despite the recent events, with the attacks on her best friend from both Sephora and Knox and the tag team match booked by the General Manager for next wednesday, with a shot at the Empire Extreme Championship on the line, Olivia was fully focused on the task at hand. hitting Aella with a series of hard chops, sending her against the ropes and jumping for a dropkick right to the face. She charged in, finding herself laying on the mat before she could even realize it after Aella’s arm drag. A position you want to avoid against a submission specialist like the Godkiller, who went to work on the arm with a series of stomps, dragging Olivia to her feet and twisting her arm, bringing it behind her back and dropping her on her head with a hammerlock ddt, transitioning into a cross armbar in one fluid motion. Wythe managed to reach the ropes rather quickly, resting her foot on the bottom one and breaking the submission. She didn’t pass on the chance to mock Olivia reminding her that she was this close to make her tap out, all while Wythe was trying to get some feeling back in her arm. Aella kept insisting on the weakened limb, taking the fight once again to the mat with an arm ddt, locking once again the cross armbreaker. Olivia’s face turned into a grimace of pain, the ropes this time seemed too far away, out of reach. She dug down deep, finding the strength to lift the opponent and powerbomb her to the mat, forcing the break. Even with the bad arm, Olivia tried to turn the tides, throwing left hands and headbutts at the young Foley, whipping her into the corner and following up with a splash. After driving her knee in Aella’s mid section a couple of times, she managed to lift her to the top rope, setting her up for a rope hung flatliner. She rolled Aella on her back and made the cover, Foley barely kicked out in two. The match came to an unexpected conclusion when Wythe charged in for her Princess Cut, getting surprised by a flying armbreaker from the Aella. Wythe tried her best to resist and reach the ropes, but third time was indeed a charm for Aella who scored the submission win, qualifying for the final. WINNER: Aella Foley BY: Submission (Flying Armbar), 10:58 |
Riot returns from a riveting commercial break and we cut to the backstage area where Kory Kramp, Our Good Wrestling Boy, is pacing back and forth in the hallway, mumbling to himself a bit. He is already dressed to wrestling and has on a backwards baseball cap with a S.H.I.E.L.D. logo on it. The camera slowly approaches him and the camera man's voice is heard, which makes Kory jump a bit.
Camera Dude:
Everything okay, Kory? Anything wrong?
Kory turns to him, shaking his head, his bouncing curly hair flopping around as he does. He had a bit on his mind obviously but when the camera hit him he still smiled.
Kory Kramp:
I guess... I mean... Yeah, something is wrong but it's not wrong too. I mean since I've been on Riot I haven't been able to find my footing. I haven't been able to get a win in this tournament and prove your Good Wrestling Boy is a Good Tournament Boy too. I don't know what it is though. I've had success doing other things but this tournament has been all flustered at this point. I don't know what I'm missing, you know?
Camera Dude:
So you don't think you can take out JL Fontenot?
Kory Kramp:
Normally I would say I got this and jump into the match ready to steal the show... Right now, I'm not as sure... But you know what? That is stupid of me. I'm Kory Kramp! The Human Fly! I defy expectations each and every time I step into that ring. Why should tonight be different? A bit of bad luck on the last Riots shouldn't slow me down. It should propel me! It should launch me into bigger and brighter things. So I take all that other stuff back... I am totally ready for JL and I am ready for this match. I'm going to find a way to win and I'm going to get a win in this tournament. That's that.
Kory's smile fades a bit and he had a determined look in his eyes. He wasn't going to doubt himself anymore. He knew that was a sure fire way to end up on the losing side of a match.
Kory Kramp:
Riot, tonight... In Anaheim, California under the shadow of the Magic Kingdom, I am going to jump into that ring and run circles around Fontenot. I'm going to throw everything I know at him and find a way to walk out of this show with a win. I need it right now. I need to show the fans of Riot that I can hang on this show just like I did on Millennium too. I went toe to toe with the undefeated Dusty Douglas and almost got a win so I can certainly catch a win here too. Just the other day I beat the iconic Trixie in a two out of three falls match. I got this. I got this... And I'm going to fly around that ring and when it's all done I'm going to leave the show, run down to Disney and catch the fireworks and one last ride on Thunder Mountain before the night is done!
Kory takes off his hand, messing with his hair a bit before starting to walk away from the camera. He turns one last time and squints at the camera dramatically.
Kory Kramp:
Fontenot, bring your best or your worst or bring whatever... But I am ready for it. I may have had a few doubts but I've been preparing for this match all week and I'm not going down. I am going to get my first win on Riot and I'm going to show this tournament what Kory Kramp is really capable of doing. I'll see you in the ring.
Kory puts his hat back on, jumping up and down a few times before heading towards the ring area, ready to take on JT and see if he can finally get a win on Riot.

Singles Match
Junior Heavyweight Tournament, Group F
Kory Kramp VS JL FontenotJunior Heavyweight Tournament, Group F
With a loss in Idaho and a draw against the former Cloud Gate, Kory found himself in a very difficult position, pretty much with a foot out of the tournament. Nonetheless, the Good Wrestling Boy came to Anaheim determined to make a name for himself and, with some luck, achieving what looked like an impossible mission: qualify for the final. In order to do that though, he had to go through JL Fontenot, coming into this match with the momentum on his side after beating Adam Webb one week ago. The match started with John Luke overpowering the smaller opponent and pushing him in the corner. As soon as the referee asked, he offered a clean break, almost mocking him with a sneer before swinging his hand for a chop. Kory saw it coming from a mile away and ducked it, following with a kick to the stomach to the now cornered opponent. Kory climbed to the second rope and started punching him down on the top of the head. The fans counted every punch he threw, counting up to eight before John powerbombed the Human Fly, making the first cover trying to end this early. JL connects a couple of uppercuts, sending Kory against the ropes and going for a big boot. Kramp slid under his leg and jumped on Fontenot’s back, dropping him down on his knees for a backstabber, going for a pinfall attempt after the springboard moonsault and getting his first near fall. Kory’s speed and his determination were creating JL more than some issues. After a shotgun dropkick, he found himself in the corner with the opponent running at him at full speed and driving his knees on his face. JL fell down, Kory climbed to the top rope and waited for him to stand up to jump off with a crossbody. Fontenot caught him in mid air and turned it into a powerslam. He picked him up and started him with lefts and rights, kicking him on the ribs and ending his sequence with a roaring elbow and a discus lariat, knocking the Seminole State Champion down for another two count. He landed a series of stiff kicks to the sides, before wrapping his arms around Kory’s back and going for the Three Wisemen (Chain Belly To Belly suplex), once again testing the young opponent resilience with another cover. Kramp raised his shoulder, Fontenot quickly grabbed his arm and twisted and wrenched it, applying a Kimura lock. Luckily for Kory, the ropes were not far from his position, allowing him to reach them and force the break. Things didn’t bode well for the Human Fly, who was looking out of it after JL’s piledriver, from which he barely kicked out. Fontenot on the other hand had no intention to slow down whatsoever, punishing now the Good Wrestling Boy with his hard strikes and suplex variations, including a bridging tiger one that almost got the job done. The turn around he needed came when he managed to turn a powerbomb attempt into a hurrincanrana, following with a kick to the chest and a shining wizard after JL kicked out. Once again the pace of the match picked up and Kory was able to use his agility to hit JL from every angle, flying all across the ring. He took the opponent down with a leg lariat and followed with a running shooting star press. But it was only after catching Fontenot with a reverse STO that he realized he had a great opportunity to win the match. He climbed to the top rope and connected his Human Fly (Senton Splash) picking up the win. WINNER: Kory Kramp BY: Pinfall (Human Fly), 10:10 |
We cut backstage as the camera turns a corner and notices Chris Constantine Jr. and Yoji Kojima talking in a room. The former Dog Of War and the son of the manager of the Dogs Of War seem to be pleased to see one another as the two have a friendly conversation. Out of the corner of his eye Chris sees the camera and quickly yells at Dusty to get rid of it. Suddenly a huge figure blocks the camera. Dusty looks into the camera screen and quickly shoves the camera away. Static consumes the feed and the scene ends.

Junior Heavyweight Tournament, Group D
Bo Fontenot VS Mr BoneshakerJunior Heavyweight Tournament, Group D
Bo Fontenot made her entrance, playing to the catcalls and whistles in the cheers. They continued for Tempest and then, the entire building erupted, loud and energetic as Mr. Boneshaker amped them up. Bo has wrestling in her blood; growing up hardcore into deathmatch and then, mixing bloody ultraviolence with her overtly sexual personality, developed her own “Devine Heauxvention” style. Boneshaker is a combat sports fighter, practising several mixed martial-arts disciplines since childhood, brought to professional wrestling by stunt acting. And by Tempest, his heckler at ringside who will get involved where she needs to. At the bell, Bo used her southern charm to endear to the crowd. Normally, Bones is the golden hero circling the center of the ring with his opponent, but tonight, Bo had the slight popularity vote. Not that his momma would be proud of him, all three matches in this tournament thus far against “girls”. Not that Bo cared at all how he felt, the former Hardcore Champion of the Bayou was looking for Junior Heavyweight gold. Bo is ahead in the points game three to one, while their first matches were both time-limit draws, she had won her second match and he had not. To stay in contention, he needs to win. She will bank another two points with a win tonight. When they locked up, collar×elbow, it was obvious Bo was not going to overpower Bones so, she stumbled backward into the ropes and allowed the referee to break them up. Again, like last week, guarding her chest she feigned surprise and shock that Bones would be so “rough”. The crowd turned on him and she giggled about it with a smirk. On the outside, Tempest went to damage control with the crowd while, on the inside, Bo exploited Bones’ embarrassments. The crowd rolled, cheered and laughed as she made the rookie pink; he launched her to the corner, where she slingshotted up and over him. She patted his hip as she landed behind him, “Missed, big guy!” Then, she turned him red; as he turned around in the corner, she lit the top of his chest up with an open-hand chop. An uppercut and then she got cocky, pulling him out by his wrist. Short-arm clothes… No! Bones ducked and slipped around behind. Roll-up, Tempest wanted this over with, but Bo kicked out before two. This separated them momentarily as they were soon locked back up. She blocked a suplex, hooking her heel behind his calf. They pushed and pulled to one side and then another before returning to the middle. He had no idea what to do and when he attempted to lift her again, she startled him - and everyone in the building - screaming out, “NO!” Again, he just chose to launch her. This time, to the ropes, she leaped over a telegraphed back body drop and just kept going. From the other side, just as he stood and turned to face her, ENZIGURI out of nowhere knocked him out. Cold. Sprawled out in the center of the ring. She simply rolled him and hooked the leg for a three-count. Add two points to Bo’s score and make it five points total. Unfortunately, when Boneshaker wakes up, he still only have three points total. WINNER: Bo Fontenot BY: Pinfall (Enziguri), 9:09 |
We cut to the fans in the arena floor as they all cheer and show off their home made signs as the camera pans around them. An airhorn cuts through the cheering as the fans and the camera quickly look around to find out where it’s coming from. The camera soon finds the source as Chris Constantine Jr., Dusty Douglas, and Olivia walk amongst the fans. Still holding onto their signs, Chris speaks through the megaphone.
Chris Constantine Jr.:
I’m going to burn my cloths after tonight Dusty. Most of these mouth breathers that are surrounding us right now haven’t taken a shower in over a month. It’s called deodorant, use it! God the Millennium fans are so much better than these Walmart shoppers that are here tonight. You people truly do deserve to be here tonight, watching the crap that’s being presented to you tonight. But hell, most of you probably got your tickets free since Riot can’t sell their tickets. Hey Olivia! Found a dude with missing teeth! That’s the fifth one I’ve found tonight.
The arena fills with boos as Dusty shoves fans out of the way as Chris and Olivia continue their protest.

Nikki Knight VS Ethan GilesJunior Heavyweight Tournament, Group E
The GentleGrappler surely won the affection and respects of the Riot fans in his few weeks in this company with solid performances and good manners, as well as his heart of gold testified by all the charity acts he has been involved with. The loud pop he got when he stepped out of the curtains tonight left no doubt about who the fans filling the Arena in Anaheim here tonight were hoping to see in the final at Dark Web at the end of the month. Nikki Knight didn't seem to mind it, waiting for Ethan to stop shaking hands and taking pictures with the fans and finally step into the ring. As soon as he did, she welcomed him with a dropkick, mounting on top of him and hitting him with a flurry of punches, stopping only when the referee literally dragged her away from the opponent, allowing Ethan to get back on his feet. While the official checked on him to see if he was fit to continue, Nikki grabbed his bowler from the ground and handed it back to the Gentlest Man who thanked her. At the very last second, Nikki dropped the hat and stomped it under her foot, hitting him with a forearm to the jaw. Grabbing him by his arm, she sent him against the ropes and leapfrogged him, catching him with a leg lariat after he rebounded from the ropes. The initial assault gave Nikki a big advantage, allowing her to control the first part of the match, getting a pretty close near fall after the Chivalry Is Dead (Damage Reflex). She kept her relentless attack going, throwing punches at the opponent stunning him before going for a discus lariat. Ethan ducked it, hooking her arms and pinning her with a backslide. Nikki kicked out and immediately charged in only to get dumbed on her face by a drop toe hold from Giles, who quickly locked her in a headlock. Nikki got back up and broke free with some elbows to the ribs, pushing the GentleGrappler against the ropes. Ethan rebounded back and took her down with a shoulder tackle, taking another run against the ropes and jumping on the middle one, bouncing back with a crossbody that gave him a two count. True to his moniker of "pacifist grappler" Ethan tried to put the opponent away with a series of quick pinfall attempts, each one of which saw Knight kicking out. Unlike her opponent, Nikki was not afraid to take some shortcuts to win the match and advance in the tournament. Stuck in the corner with Ethan charging in, she grabbed the referee by his shirt and pulled him in Giles' trajectory. The Gentlest Man was able to stop himself, but as soon as the referee moved out of the way, he was pulled by Nikki and sent crashing face first against the protective pad. Knight quickly rolled him on his back and went for a cover, using the ropes for extra leverage. The referee caught her and stopped the count at two. Nikki didn't pay much attention to his reprimand, but taking her eyes off Ethan for a second was more than enough for the GentleGrappler to take her back to the mat with an arm drag. She was quickly back on her feet, eating a kick to the stomach and a GilesPlex from the british wrestler, who rolled the opponent in a pinning predicament with the magistral cradle, he endearingly calls Got Your Arm. Knight kicked out and immediately drove her knee to Ethan's face, following with a Knightmare (Snapmare Driver) for the three count. WINNER: Nikki Knight BY: Knightmare, (Snapmare Driver), 11:03 |

Zafar Khan VS Yoji KojimaJunior Heavyweight Tournament, Group E
Nikki's win minutes ago left Zafar with no other option but to defeat Yoji in this last match of group E. And you could tell that, despite being already eliminated, the japanese wrestler had no intention to go easy on Zafar, actually starting this showing a never seen before aggression, attacking Khan with a series of forearm shots right after the bell sounded, whipping him against the ropes and running after him, hitting him with a knee to the stomach as soon as he rebounded back from the ropes, following with a big lariat that sent Zafar over the top rope. Yoji waited for him to stand up and gained some speed, diving through the ropes and planting him with a suicide dive ddt. During the time outside, Yoji inflicted as much punishment as he possibly could to Zafar, whipping him against the steel steps, throwing him against the barricade and kicking him. He even went back inside the ring for the sole purpose to break the count so that he could keep dismantling the opponent, jumping off the apron with a Meteora. He picked Zafar up and lifted him for a brainbuster, dragging him back into the ring and laying him on the apron with his foot inside the ring and his head hanging out, climbing back to the apron and bringing his leg down onto his chest with a guillottine legdrop. He then pushed him back in and jumped in with a springboard elbow drop, hooking the leg for the cover. For a good five minutes, Zafar was at the mercy of his masked opponent. He needed a miracle, or a stroke of luck, to turn things around. The opening came when Yoji rushed at him for a jumping knee to the corner and Khan managed to move out of the way. After the impact against the turnbuckle, the japanese wrestler immediately clutched the knee, offering his opponent a giant target for his offense. And Zafar didn't miss it. starting to kick the leg and twist it in a leglock, knowing that limiting Yoji's mobility will be a definite advantage. And it definitely slowed him down, giving Khan the chance to build some momentum getting a two count after a superkick. Yoji kicked out and made it back to his feet, but walked right into a series of stiff kicks from Zafar, most of them targeting the same right leg. The japanese was on his knees, Zafar connected two kicks to his chest and dropped him on his face with a hurrincanran driver, picking up another near fall. Everytime Yoji tried to build some momentum, Zafar went for the leg and regained control. With a dragon screw, he took Yoji to the mat and immediately went for a springboard moonsault. Kojima kicked out and tried once again to turn things around, sliding behind Zafar's back and hitting a german suplex, following with a punt kick to the head. Khan seemed out of it, but he still managed to rest his foot on the rope. Yoji picked him up and sent him to the ropes, Zafar rebounded back with a low dropkick to the knee and a curb stomp, but not even this could keep Kojima down. Zafar couldn't believe it, staring at the opponent and shaking his head, wondering what else should he do to beat him. A well familiar music hit the loudspeakers, catching Zafar and everyone else's attention. Chris Constantine Junior, his wife Olivia and Dusty appeared on the stage, distracting Khan long enough for Yoji to stand up and spit his Poison Mist on Khan's face and follow up with the Gajin Killer, picking up the first win in the tournament and crushing Zafar's dreams of gold. WINNER: Yoji Kojima BY: Pinfall (Gajin Killer), 10:28 |

Junior Heavyweight Tournament, Group F
Brittany April VS Adam WebbJunior Heavyweight Tournament, Group F
One of the most anticipated match of the night saw the former Cloud Gate Champion squaring off against the former Southside Parkcore Champion Adam Webb, surprise entry in this tournament after Stone Hendrix' forfait. The match started with the two competitors locking up in the center of the ring. Brittany quickly moved behind Adam's back and locked him in a waistlock he easily broke free from with an elbow to the jaw. He dropped her to a seated position with a snapmare and went for a shining wizard after hitting the ropes. Britt ducked and caught him with a schoolboy pin, Adam kicked out in one. Once again they met in the middle of the ring, Adam went for an irish whip, reversed by Brittany who tossed him over her head with a back body drop. As soon as he got up, she charged in with a running elbow to the face, following with a snap suplex and a cover attempt. Adam kicked out, hitting Brittany with a knee to the stomach and a running swinging neckbreaker. The two competetiors put on a great show for the lucky fans, with fast paced back and forth action. Brittany had a technical advanatage, and she showed it with a beautiful butterfly suplex into a butterfly submisson Adam was able to escape not without some struggle. What he was lacking in that department, Adam was definitely making up for in speed and aerial techniques every time he was able to pick up the pace of the match. With a headscissors takedown he sent her halfway across the ring, following with a dropkick that sent her outside the ring. Adam wasted no time and flew over the top rope with a Somersault senton, receiving a round of applause from the sold out crowd. The match moved back into the ring, and Adam was still in control, taking Britt down with a Roundhouse Kick at the end of a quick a kicking combination, following with a standing moonsault. After getting another near fall from a crossbody from the top rope, Adam charged in, getting caught with a STO by the young Kane. Brittany picked him up and worn him down with a series of forearm shots, sending him against the ropes and catching him with a backbreaker. She climbed to the top rope and waited for him to get up and nailed him with a Tornado DDT, making the cover and getting a count of two. Webb didn't seem able to counter her moves, finding himself once again stuck in the corner. Brittany charged and hit him with a corner dropkick and following with a bulldog. She climbed to the middle rope and leaped backwards with a moonsault, countered by Adam who raised his knees and quickly rolled her up, keeping her down for three seconds and getting the win and a ticket for teh title match at Dark Web. WINNER: Adam Webb BY: Pinfall (Roll Up) , 9:39 |
The scene cut backstage to Corey Grimes in his locker room, as he was wrapping tape around his wrists. He looked up at the camera with a smile before he began to speak.
Corey Grimes:
Tonight, I go up against a competitor that I definitely respect. Levi is definitely going to bring it tonight, though she doesn’t have as much on the line as I do. Which I would say makes me hungrier but here’s the thing, I’m always hungry. There isn’t a damn person who outworks me, there isn’t a person in this Junior Heavyweight Tournament that is willing to work as hard as I do, who’s willing to put it all on the line like I do.
Corey shakes his head.
Corey Grimes:
My passion for this sport? It knows no bounds. Some might say that all of this that I’m saying is hyperbole but if you look back at what I’ve done in my career? You would see that it’s far from that. I don’t have a bone that says, ‘quit’, in my body. With one loss in this tournament already, I can’t afford to lose again because it will eliminate me. So I plan on picking up the win and moving forward to the big show, where I get to win the Junior Heavyweight Championship. There’s nothing like being the first person to hold a championship, and I can’t wait to be the guy to represent this division on Riot.
He nods his head as he pauses.
Corey Grimes:
And while I like Levi’s attitude and demeanor, she is still far too inexperienced to beat me. That doesn’t mean that I’m not taking her seriously, it just means that’s how much I believe in my ability and experience against Levi, who’s still a kid. Hell, it says she’s a kiddo in her twitter, for goodness sakes. I get the whole innocent type thing but it won’t work against me. I won’t be looking past you, nah, I will be looking right at you and that’s why tonight? I’m going to hit you with the CGI-Win and advance and there’s not a damn thing you or anyone else can do to stop me. Bet on Grimes.
Corey smiles and nods at the camera before he walks past it and the scene fades away.

Junior Heavyweight Tournament, Group B
Levi VS Corey GrimesJunior Heavyweight Tournament, Group B
As the bell sounds Corey meets Levi in the center of the ring and after sizing her up, Grimes extends a hand for a respectful shake. The crowd pops for the show of respect and Levi accepts the handshake, giving Corey a firm shake. The two step back from each other and ring the bell. Corey moves in for an initial burst, dropping low for a single leg takedown, but Levi shows that she has it scouted as she countersl, nearly catching Corey in a facelock. Corey switches gears and moves for a traditional collar and elbow tie up, which Levi is happy to oblige. With Corey having a size, strength, and experience advantage, he swiftly gains the upper hand and pushes Levi back into a corner, but Grimes him caught off guard when Levi transitions into a quick arm wringer, her youthful speed coming in handy as she scales the turnbuckles lucha-style and leaps off with a picture-perfect top rope arm drag that sends Grimes skidding across the ring. Levi looks to take advantage of Corey being stunned and she races across the ring, hops up onto the buckles again and leaps off with a twisting body press, catching Corey flush for a pinning combination, but Corey rolls through after only a one count and reverses into a pin of his own, forcing Levi to kick out at two! Corey gets to his feet quickly but Levi isn’t far behind, and when Corey throws a haymaker of a clothesline Levi dodges and leaps onto Corey’s back, locking in a body scissor while bending Corey’s arm back into a hammerlock! Levi wrenches the hold on tight, but Grimes is digging deep and hanging in there, not willing to tap even though his arm is twisted back into a crazy angle. Corey steps toward the ropes, and again, and finally takes a third tumbling step toward the ropes, falling into them and forcing a break. Levi immediately releases the hold and steps back when the referee tells her to. Once Corey gets back to his feet though, Levi bounces the ropes and comes leaping at her with a flying knee strike but Corey has it scouted and side steps, sending Levi crashing to the mat. A dazed Levi sits up right into a shining wizard from Corey, who then quickly gathers Levi up and flings her to the ropes, dropping her again with a sling blade! Corey is now in full control thanks to his ring experience. He now grabs Levi again and sets her up for a powerbomb and he nails it! Corey then hooked Levi for a pin... one... two... Levi cradles into a reversal! Another two count before Corey reverses her leverage once more into a jacknife pin, which Levi pops out of at one to schoolgirl Corey once more! Corey rolls through at two, and the crowd applauds for the technical exchange as both competitors get to their feet. Levi then stuns Corey with a kick to the midsection and sets him up for a DDT! Thinking quickly though, Corey is able to counter it and he catches Levi into CG-I Win (double underhook and high lift into facebuster). He then pins Levi for the three count and the win! WINNER: Corey Grimes BY: Pinfall (CG-I Win), 08:16 |
With no formal music announcing her arrival, Charlotte Webster steps out from the back, sporting a sleek black cocktail dress and heels. Clearly, she is not dressed to get physical this evening. Charlotte makes her way to the ring amid boos and a few catcalls which earn death glares from the manager turned wrestler. She enters the squared circle and asks for a microphone. The booing slowly dies off allowing her to speak.
CHARLOTTE WEBSTER:
I would wish you all a good evening but we are in Anaheim and this place really is a stinkhole. One of the biggest things you’re known for was your silly hockey team, the Mighty Ducks, only made popular through a series of spunky Disney films mixing mismatched youngsters who overcome the odds and become champions. Seems a little fitting, sans the champions part anyways.
The crowd doesn’t much care for any of that.
CHARLOTTE WEBSTER:
The Mighty Ducks may have been successful, but it was nothing but Hollywood magic to make losers like you feel like winners. I wake up in the morning with the biggest smile on my face. Do you know why? I am a winner. I win. You lose.
Hey more cheat heat that brings the jeers from the crowd.
CHARLOTTE WEBSTER:
Speaking of people who get lucky and win despite the odds against them like a Hollywood movie, Cass Baumer. Tonight we are scheduled to debate one another. I invite you down to this ring to show these fat slobs how much you’re like them. You wait for a Hollywood ending to make your movie get that happiness. Fact, it will not happen.
As the vocals of Queens Of The Stone Age burst out of the speakers, the California crowd stands to their feet! Cass Baumer makes her way out of the gate lazily conducting the music while a mixture of boisterous cheers and thunderous boos rain down on the controversial New Zealand-born social media mogul with a microphone in hand. Clad in a red zip-front lightweight leather jacket, the former CEO smirks to her debate opponent in the middle of the ring as she struts down the aisle with confidence.
"Smooth Sailing" continues to blast out of the sound system while she slides underneath the bottom rope with ease and bounces back to her feet. The palpable reaction of the audience grows to a fever pitch as she gets in Charlotte’s face with a scowl before spinning back to her side of the ring while the music dies down.
CASS BAUMER:
You wanna fool yourself and call what happened last week in my home-away-from-home state of Nevada lucky, that’s fine! If you wanna compare me to all these people here tonight and watching at home, that’s fine too. I take that as the highest of compliments.
The crowd pops in appreciation at Cass’ words.
CASS BAUMER:
You think I’ll just wait for the Hollywood ending to hit me, though? Nah! Just like the Mighty Ducks, I’ll work hard to get to that point like I’ve done for the entirety of my career when I was always meant to fade into the background.
She points to her brain with a smirk, similar to the popular Eddie Murphy meme.
CASS BAUMER:
And what about you, Charlotte? You’re in the same spot I found myself back at the beginning of 2017. Do you have the ability to get out of the shadow as just the manager-turned-wrestler, or are you gonna become a flash in the pan instead?
Charlotte, who had began to lean against the ropes, shook her head like she had fallen asleep after Cass’ long entrance and then hearing her going on.
CHARLOTTE WEBSTER:
You do realize that the series flamed out pretty quickly. The first movie was well received but the second two kept getting worse marks. They flamed out, Miss Baumer, just like you did. This isn’t some resurrection of your career here in Riot.
Miss Webster shakes her head.
CHARLOTTE WEBSTER:
If you had bothered to do any sort of looking at this company’s past, you would have known I was on the Millennium roster last year and had a handful of matches until Nessa Wall nearly ruined my sight in one eye. So I stopped wrestling to let that heal and look for a moose of a man that was slow, dumb and probably came from your family tree.
The crowd jeers her for that one.
CHARLOTTE WEBSTER:
So this isn’t really so much of a shadow thing, Miss Baumer. This is me getting back into the ring, but as a new me. A new Charlotte Webster. One that will drive you out of Riot and save these brainless people from having to see you ever again.
Cass rolls her eyes.
CASS BAUMER:
That’s just it, though! Before 2017, there was a short stint where I wrestled for #FSociety back in 2016 that wasn’t too dissimilar to yours but it wasn’t until I reinvented myself - much like you have - did I gain new heights thought unimaginable before then. It just remains to be seen if it’s got enough staying power as I did.
She crosses her arms. Charlotte rolls her eyes and shakes her head, disgusted with the thought of being the same as Cass.
CASS BAUMER:
But enough about the distant past! You wanted me to come down here tonight for a debate? So there’s something you wanted to say to me face-to-face.
Charlotte rolls her eyes once more and slips out of her heels to be a bit more comfortable. Cass smiles at the sight, standing with poor posture on the opposite side.
CHARLOTTE WEBSTER:
There is something I wanted to say to you, Cass. You want to make these comparisons between us and how I’m going down your path?
She pauses for a moment and glares at Baumer.
CHARLOTTE WEBSTER:
I am smarter than you. You turned a great idea, something that could’ve made billions of dollars, and threw it away to be tabloid trash. You want to talk about being a wrestler? You’re more known for being the human punching bag on social media than you are for your wrestling. Do you know what you are, Cass?
Another pauses as Charlotte blocks out all of the hate going her way.
CHARLOTTE WEBSTER:
You are nothing more than a stain on the sheet of life. You would’ve been better served to have been in a latex condom. We all would be better off if you had never existed. You, Cass Baumer, give this place a bad name.
Baumer lets out an audible chuckle in response.
CASS BAUMER:
I don’t need billions of dollars to be happy, Charlotte. I made my mark in this sport and accomplished the goal.
She pauses, eyes cast downward to consider the next words carefully before speaking again.
CASS BAUMER:
But I get it. I am more known for what I’ve done on social media. I realize that the platform should be a side course while what happens in the ring oughta be the main dish. That’s the reason I’m working closely with Seth Iser and Vincent Moretti now. That’s the reason I’ve trained so hard alongside Nora Foley and FM Young. It’s the reason Melissa Reeves and I managed to beat the team of you and Franky Harris — and allow me to be blunt, none of it was easy.
She looks directly into Charlotte’s eyes.
CASS BAUMER:
I know I had Melissa’s assistance in that matchup and she’s the one who got the pin, but I don’t wanna rest on those laurels. You challenged me to a one-on-one match next week, and I accepted immediately ‘cause I wanted to prove to you, to everybody else, and especially to myself that I’m not just what I do on social media. I’m gonna use all the training in my back pocket to fight the best of ‘em and you’ll be the first major challenge I’ve faced in Millennium Pro.
Charlotte feigns another yawn before bringing her microphone back up.
CHARLOTTE WEBSTER:
But see, here’s the thing, I’ve had less than 10 matches in my career. So what does beating me actually accomplish for you? Nothing really, you beat someone who can still be called a rookie. The great Cass Baumer can only beat youngsters when it matters. See, I’ve outsmarted you every step of the way.
An evil grin follows.
CHARLOTTE WEBSTER:
You beat me, it’s just a win of a rookie, and no one will find it impressive. When I beat you and run you out of this company, everyone will keep laughing at you again and again. You can talk about proving yourself and yet what is there to prove against me? Check and mate.
Cass shakes her head before she steps towards Charlotte, mere inches from where she stands defiant.
CASS BAUMER:
It doesn’t matter if you’ve had 10 matches or 10,000 matches. I’m here to win.
CHARLOTTE WEBSTER:
Oh, you’re here to win? Cass, do you know how generic you really are? I mean, I’ve met some idiots here in this town, but you are by far and away the biggest one. Is your shoe size bigger than what your IQ is? Why don’t you just run your ass back to New Zealand because you are a failure? You failed with the report and you sure as hell fail as a wrestler!
With intensity in her eyes, Baumer snaps and allows her impulses to take control. She puts an end to the debate when she punches the rookie square in the jaw to the roar of the crowd and spikes her down to the center of the ring with her patented Fact Check shiranui. While Cass stands over the woman she will be competing against in a week’s time, the crowd cheers while she looks down with remorse. She runs her hands over her face and shouts with frustration, mounting the fallen Webster who looks back at her from below. She shouts into the microphone to make sure Charlotte hears what she’s about to say in front of everyone.
CASS BAUMER:
YOU’LL NEVER BE ABLE TO REPLACE ME, YOU UNDERSTAND?! I’LL BUILD ANOTHER EMPIRE ON THE ASHES OF YOUR GROWING LEGACY AND I’LL DO IT IN FRONT OF EVERYONE!!
Cass almost throws another punch, but she restrains herself. She drops the microphone beside Charlotte and leaves the ring with clenched fists. Charlotte grins as she sits up and grabs the microphone. She holds the back of her head from the pain of the finisher, but she’s able to speak with a breathy voice.
CHARLOTTE WEBSTER:
One comment and here comes the old Cass Baumer. Checkmate.
Cass looks back and then shakes her head, continuing to walk through the curtain.
CHARLOTTE WEBSTER:

Backstage at the men’s locker room the door swings open to see Dean Smith dressed to compete with his ring gear in a blue colouring for the contest in California. He starts to walk his way left and a red-headed girl sees him go by, doing her best to keep up with his fast walking pace.
Camari Hayre:
Dean. Dean! May I ask where you’re going in such a hurry.
Dean Smith:
My match against the Invictus Champion.
The pair turn the corner with the cameraman and Camari trying their best to keep up with Dean who has his head straight forward, focused on one task ahead and one task ahead only.
Camari Hayre:
After your last match with Cole Gregory, are you thinking you’ll be at risk of injury again?
Dean Smith:
No.
He answers back quickly and she persists.
Camari Hayre:
You’re not the least bit worried?
Which causes Dean to come to a halt, much to Camari’s relief.
Dean Smith:
Because he injured me back at Deep in the Heart? Yeah my arm took a bit of a blow and it kept me off a week of Riot, plus a Nevada show if they’re being cautious with me now I’m an injury risk…
Camari goes to mention the Nevada show mainly featured the Junior Heavyweight tournament but Dean continues his point.
Dean Smith:
But look at our matches in Idaho. Cole Gregory finishes Cass Baumer Round 3 after losing the second round to Baumer. But I.
Dean begins to talk a little softer to make his point apparent.
Dean Smith:
I won my match, round 2, KO. I didn’t give lose the round to Lockard, I came back from the injury and I outshined our Invictus Champion. And tonight I’ll do exactly the same thing. There may not be Dyson and Valero and Kirilenko scoring it, no rounds to let Cole catch his breath but there will be a common factor. It ends with the Mean Dean.
Which brings a little chuckle as Dean turns to the camera and does a small chin gesture.
Dean Smith:
Count your teeth, Champ.
Then, Dean leaves Camari with the cameraman as he walks off frame, looking determined, focused like he did earlier but with a sly smirk as he disappears off frame.

Singles Match
Cole Gregory VS Dean SmithThe fans cheered for both Cole Gregory, who entered first, and Dean Smith. Cole gave up a slight size advantage, otherwise these two precision strikers had the crowd anxious for a fight. They each had their share of female fans in the crowd, shouting and whistling as they removed their shirts in the ring. Flashbulbs captured both as they posed, then flexed and, right as the crowd had been worked to a feverish pitch, they shook hands in the center of the ring and took to circling. The banter was inaudible, but one could assume it was a debate on the number of crunches it took for each to perfect their abs. It didn't feel there was a real dislike between the two and then, they went to lock up in the center of the ring. As Cole came in for a collar×elbow, Dean threw a quick throat punch and snatched him in a quick headlock. Rib cage shots, closed-fists until the referee finally put a stop to it. Cole blocked a suplex attempt and spun out. Dean kept hold of a wristlock only to have it used to jerk him directly into a snap spinebuster. Nearly a two-count, but Dean kicked out and rolled to the floor under the bottom rope. Recollecting himself, Dean went around the ring allowing Cole to do so on the inside. Dean rolled in under the bottom rope on the far side from Cole. Back to circling and right back into a tie-up. This time, Dean used his weight to lean on Cole, pushing him to the corner. Knee in the midsection made some space, three left hand jabs and Dean rocked Cole's jaw with an uppercut. The referee demanded and then, after two more jabs and another head-ringing uppercut, attempted to intervene. Dean simply pulled Cole out a few steps and went to launch him across the ring, but Cole reversed and Dean went to the opposite corner. Cole hit the ropes behind him for momentum. As Dean stumbled from the corner, Cole returned with a spinning wheel kick. Dean ate it, bounced off the mat, right back to his feet only to be leveled by a leg lariat. Dean smacked the mat again and, again, rolled out of the ring to interrupt the attack. The fans were cheering loudly, the fast pace had them on their feet. Dean was wise to make space; however, when he rolled into the ring over there, Cole built up speed from here, darting across the ring. Miraculously, Dean spins out of the way of a running knee and Cole landed on his feet. It was stiff as … , but Cole hit the ropes and returned directly into a straight pump kick, Down with the Door! They were off-beat, of course, but the entire crowd counted and then shared a huge gasp in unison, somehow Cole kicked out. This one continues and Dean couldn't believe it either. He and the referee shared differing opinions in the count tempo, but Cole didn't give them time to ever settle it. Cole spun Dean around and now, these two exchanged shots. Not the mess you would normally see at this point, there were no sloppy bombs. Precision bursts, knuckles to cheekbones, a Detention Hall scrapper threw down with a former Junior Boxing Champion. Lefts, rights, hooks and crosses, power shots; neither had time to jab. Dean had time to snatch Cole by the wrist, ending the spectacular fight and flooring him with a short-arm clothesline. Dragging Cole back to his feet only to level him again, and again, then once more before one helluva short-arm STO backbreaker. Just the fine fuzzies of the mat between the referee's hand and the canvas was all that saved Cole when he rolled his shoulder near three. Dean was livid as the crowd roared. Again, as Dean argued with the referee and a fan in the front row, Cole bides his time and catches his breath. Furious, Dean isn't happy with the referee, but knows well enough to stay on Cole. Dean grabs Cole by the back of the neck and the rear of his waistband and tosses him to the corner. Uppercut, uppercut, uppercut, then the referee got to four and backed Dean away. Count broke, Dean back at it, trying Cole up in the ropes. Training Dummy, marked shots to the head, sternum, ribs and the referee broke it up. Dean was warned, not one more time, but paid no attention to the crowd as he mocked the official and turned around. Cole was on the second turnbuckle, back towards Dean, springboard roundhouse kick ...NO! Dean caught him awkwardly in midair! High-angled suplex or driver or …Cole, and the entire building, had the wind knocked out of him. Dean hooked the leg with umpfh for the three-count, winning the match. The camera cuts to the backstage area and we are following closely behind the Riot champion, Liv Mercer, as she is making her way down the hall. Her Riot championship belt is wrapped around her waist as she is dressed in her ring gear fully prepared for her big main event invictus rules match tonight. Liv appears to be in no rush with each step that she takes, her attention focused upon wrapping some tape around her wrists, before she comes to a sudden stop. Almost as if she is now aware of the camera and she turns around to greet the audience watching from inside of the arena and at home as well.
Liv Mercer:
Invictus rules, I’ve watched each match so far, and I have to admit that they’ve been impressive. However I was never one of the competitors in those matches, but tonight that changes, and it’s extremely fitting that my first ever invictus rules match is the main event. I am, after all, the Riot champion who successfully defended her championship belt against the unworthy.
As she is speaking, Liv takes both of her hands and places them on the front plate of her Riot championship belt with a smile on her face.
Liv Mercer:
My opponent for tonight, Smoke, seems to think that he’s going to be able to walk all over me and instantly earn himself a shot at MY Riot championship belt. Clearly he hasn’t been paying close enough attention to how things work here on The Liv Show. Or else he would be smart enough to realize that he shouldn’t be getting his hopes up for something that’s never going to happen. I’m not buying the tough guy act he’s trying to put on for all of Twitter in the hopes we start shaking in fear. Come on now, give us a little bit of credit.
Liv rolls her eyes before she starts to shake her head.
Liv Mercer:
I can see right through you, Smoke, nothing but vapor. All talk with nothing to back it up. I’m going to enjoy crushing you underneath of my boot and I’m going to do it with a smile on my face. Why? Because I can. Because I’m the Riot champion and I need to send a clear message to anyone else out there who might have the same kind of mindset as Smoke does. The mindset where they think that I’m someone they can simply walk over in order to snatch away my Riot championship belt for themselves. That’s not how it works.
Liv begins to walk once again as she approaches closer towards her locker room door where her boyfriend, Oz Dalton, is standing as he holds onto her leather jacket with one hand. Liv gives a smile before she takes her jacket and slips it over her shoulders, taking a moment to flip her blonde hair over the back of the jacket with some flair for a dramatic effect.
Liv Mercer:
Welcome to my show Smoke, it’s time for you to learn your place.
Liv looks towards the camera and gives the audience a playful little wink before she and Oz make their way further down the hall to close out the scene.
