CHARACTER HISTORY/BIO
Mackenzie or Mac is a second-generation wrestler. Her father, CJ Osborne, never reached superstar status despite winning world championships in various promotions. He was a solid wrestler, who started to take on front-office and ownership roles. He retired from wrestling altogether to focus more on running the multi-billion dollar family businesses and a potential political career. She never really knew the woman who gave birth to her. Shortly before her second birthday the woman was arrested on a murder charge and would give up her rights as Mac's mother to allow Mac's adoption by Hope Marie Osborne, her father's wife. All things seemed happy for this new little family, especially with the addition of a younger brother just a year later.
Mac would spend much of her very early life traveling the road, going show to show with her father. She made friendships with various wrestlers, some of whom her parents weren't too happy about. This all came to an end when Mac got sick and was diagnosed with leukemia. This was a scary time for the family, but Mac fought through it and has remained in remission. However, that would end Mac's time traveling with her father who had already started a more relaxed schedule.
Mac would start to live a more normal life, as normal of a life as the daughter of a billionaire wrestler/promoter can live. Around her 10th birthday, the family moved to the UK after her father purchased the majority interest in a UK promotion. Being around the business at an age where she could understand what was going on got her interested in one-day wrestling. While in the UK her parents would separate. The following divorce and custody battle revealed the existence of a stepbrother who was given up for adoption due to her mother's age, at the time. That brother, Jordan Parker, would go on to have a successful run in both Wrestling and MMA.
The next few years saw her relationship with her parents become almost nonexistent. Temporary guardianship was given to various friends and family. She spent time living with her brother Jordan, her Aunt, and even time with a solid role model in Skylynn Reed. Despite the constant state of flux her life was in for several years the desire to get in the ring never waivered. Picking up bits of training where she could, sometimes in secret. Being around her brother, she took in interest in more MMA related training. Taking classes in kickboxing and Brazilian jiu-jitsu.
Now that she's 18, she's ready to go on her own. Not using her family name or money to take shortcuts.
