Riot in HawaiiLive from Afook-Chinen Civic Auditorium in Hilo, HI Sunday, October 30th, 2022
The scene rolls backstage where Selena Lyre is seen in her ring gear, and a pair of headphones on her head as she is stretching getting ready for her match against Millie Smith coming up shortly when Mr.X appears before he, and she notices, and stops stretching quickly removing the headphones from her head to her neck.
Selena Lyre : Oh hey Mr.X! Is it time for my match sir?
Mr.X : It is my apprentice, remember everything i've taught you, and ever word of advice I have given you, and you will do just fine, and try not to get nervous cause even though you debuted at the final show of the summer? That was a premium event so tonight you will have even more eyes on you so count this as your official debut,
As Mr.X speaks it is obvious he is still using a voice changer to mask his voice.
Selena Lyre smiles at Mr.X’s words.
Selena Lyre : Don’t worry Mr.X I have got this, I have the best mentor in the world after all! I just hope Millie can keep up.
Selena chuckles a little as she hears her theme music start to play.
Selena Lyre : It’s show time!
Selena starts walking towards the exit to the ring area as Mr.X limps behind her.
Singles Match
Millie Smith VS Selena Lyre
- Selena made her debut on the last Summer Beach Tour show with an impressive win over Kate Steele. The Electric Girl was now looking to make it two in a row on her Riot debut against the Bahamas Baby, MWE Academy graduate Millie Smith.
- A quick fist bump between the two kicked off a match that, just like the initial display of sportsmanship suggested, was fought fairly by both competitors. A rare but appreciated sight, a match where rope breaks were respected and where the referee never had to warn either competitors against using underhanded tactics. The action went back and forth with none of them getting any significant advantage, until Selena connected a backbreaker.
- Millie really felt it, the hard blow to the lower back really limited her offense. On the other hand, Selena kept targeting that part of the body, flipping Smith over with a snapmare and delivering a brutal kick to the back.
- Lyre slowed down the pace, applying a rear chinlock, pushing her knee on Millie’s spine. The former Academy student tried to push herself back to her feet, managing to create some separation with a couple of elbow strikes to the stomach. Without thinking twice, Smith jumped and connected with a Pele Kick to the skull of Selena, knocking her down.
- Finally able to use her speed to her advantage, Millie began showing that flashy but effective style the fans seemed to love. Stealing a page from Luna, she hit her own version of the Starstorm (discus roundhouse), but Lyre raised her shoulder right before the three.
- Millie’s top rope moonsault found nobody home, and opened the way to Selena’s comeback. The 24 years old from Seattle jumped on the middle rope and connected a springboard dropkick, flooring Millie. She kept the momentum going, hitting the blonde with several swift kicks and finishing her with a running bulldog. Selena then climbed to the top rope and went for her Star Drop (shooting star press), but just like with Millie’s moonsault before, the high risk didn’t pay off. Millie was quick to roll out of the way, causing Lyre to crash and burn on the canvas. Rapidly getting up to her feet, Millie then immediately went for a magistral cradle, obtaining the three count and a moral boosting win.
WINNER: Millie Smith BY: Pinfall (Magistral cradle), 9:06

The scene opens inside of a generic locker room. First thing that stands out is Caine Landry sitting down on a blue steel folding chair. His legs are crossed. He is staring down at a phone in his hands. Standing slightly in front of him decked in his wrestling gear is his brother Gabriel Landry. We can see him stretching to loosen himself up for his match.
Gabriel Landry: Thanks for tagging along bro.
Caine Landry: Who else is going to protect you from the big bad wolf?
Gabriel stops stretching. He sighs. Turning to his brother he says to him.
Gabriel Landry: Don’t talk about Karen like that.
Caine Landry: Who says I’m talking about Karen?
Not bothering to look Gabriel into eyes, Caine flashes a smile.
Caine Landry: I could easily be talking about The Rainman.
Gabriel rolls his eyes at the mention of THE champion.
Gabriel Landry: Please, he only acknowledges I exist when he’s bored enough to troll me on Twitter.
Caine pulls his attention away from his phone. He looks at Gabriel.
Caine Landry: There are some scary people in this company. Nine. She’s hot. But not I am going to join her cult hot. That Faizah chick is the I am going to leave you a rabbits head in a pot of boiling hot water attractive.
Gabriel chuckles.
Gabriel Landry: Careful. If Clyde ever catches wind of you insulting his friend, he’ll go ape shit
Caine Landry: Let him.
Caine breaks out laughing at the thought of Clyde being able to do any damage to him.
Caine Landry: He may have more training than I do. The Eldon crazy gene ain’t got nothing on me.
Gabriel Landry: See, I knew you were talking about Karen.
Caine Landry: Even you have to admit there is something in the Eldon gene pool that makes them all sorts of special. Karen actually tweeted are you over whatever is bothering you when you have a match today.
Gabriel is taken aback by what Caine just said.
Gabriel Landry: She did?
Caine nods.
Caine Landry: Yup. Perfect timing. Look. I know you love the girl. The sex must be leaps and bounds above anything you think you’re worth. Come on. The woman is the epitome of toxic. She doesn’t respect your friends. Calls Bree and her family losers. Remember she didn’t tell you that her and Olly were in the tag team gauntlet. Deceitful too.
Gabriel sighs.
Gabriel Landry: Bro... now is not the time...
Caine stands up. He approaches Gabriel. Placing a hand on his shoulder he tells his brother.
Caine Landry: Cut the cord. She can get any man she wants, according to her. She won’t miss you at all. Well... she is still obsessed with Duke all these months later. I could be wrong. You deserve better.
Gabriel Landry: Like Bree? Caine... stop trying to play matchmaker.
Caine Landry: I would never nudge you and Bree together. Who do you take me for? Caine offers a mischievous smirk.
Gabriel Landry: Um... a troublemaker? You know that would piss Karen off.
Caine Landry: I plead the 5th... besides, I could as easily be pushing you towards someone in the academy.
Gabriel Landry: Don’t you like that one..
Caine punches his brother playfully on the arm.
Caine Landry: Now whose the troublemaker.
Gabriel without hesitation hugs his brother.
Gabriel Landry: Thanks for the talk. Love you.
Caine Landry: Go out there and kick ass.
Singles Match
Gabriel Landry VS Betsy Gallagher
- Leaving the Lockdown championship and all the mess surrounding it behind him, Landry was looking to turn the page on the orange brand. His opponent tonight was Betsy Gallagher who may not have had the best track record recently, but she proved time and time that she’s not a pushover. With that said, the beginning of the match saw Landry getting the best of the first exchange, connecting a leaping elbow to the Brit’s chin. He then locked his right hand with hers and, quick as a cat, stepped on the middle rope and from there reached the top, showing great balance. From there Gabriel jumped back in the ring, throwing Betsy across it with an arm drag. Gallagher quickly stood to her feet but as soon as she regained a vertical base, Landry hit her with a running knee to the face.
- Betsy tried to react immediately, but her lariat was ducked by Gabriel who then wrapped his arms around her waist. He pushed Titania into the ropes but the Manchester native was quick to hold onto them. His own momentum caused Gabriel to roll back toward the center of the ring, but the young man immediately stood up to his feet. He charged toward the opponent, right into a big boot.
- The first thing Betsy did now that she had the chance to control the match was slowing down the pace. Imposing her technical prowess, she kept Landry grounded with a series of holds, with the intent of wearing him down.
- ISubmissions weren’t the only string on Betsy’s bow. After successfully wearing Landry down, the Brit raised the level of intensity, hammering Gabe with a flurry of tight hands before turning him inside out with the Queen’s Lariat. She hooked the legs but Karen’s boyfriend kicked out in two.
- With a spark of pride, Landry fought back punch for punch with the English powerhouse. He connected with three consecutive forearms to the jaw, leaving Betsy groggy in the middle of the ring. Landry went for a discus punch but Gallagher dodged the blow and wrapped her arms around the former Academy student’s head, applying a choke hold. She fell back, taking her opponent on the mat as she slowly squeezed the life out of him. Flailing back and forth, Gabriel desperately fought back, trying to break free. But it was clear that his fighting spirit was slowly but constantly fading. The referee went to check on him, raising his arm and letting it fall, not once but twice. The third and decisive time though saw the young man coming back to life, blocking his falling arm and desperately trying to drag himself to the ropes.
- Finally free, Gabriel left the ring, buying himself some time to regain his breath. He slid back in at the count of six, determined to fight till the very end. He was still in a rough spot, forced on the defensive by Betsy’s relentless offense. A kick to the stomach doubled him over and put him in position for the Betsy Bomb, but at the last second Landry broke free. He immediately sent Betsy into the ropes and caught her with a leg lariat, continuing his attack with a moonsault, only landing with both knees on Betsy’s chest. Not even a minute later, Landry came very close to the win with his front flipping piledriver, but Betsy managed to kick out in time. Landry couldn’t believe it, but he wasted no time and climbed to the top of the turnbuckle, performing his 630 splash called Take It To The Sky for the three count.
WINNER: Gabriel Landry BY: Pinfall (Take It To The Sky), 8:37

In between scenes, we are introduced to what is clearly a video recorded off a phone. This phone belongs to an absent member of the roster who, despite putting all the events over the summer behind her, is not in Hawaii for this show. That someone is none other than Tiff.
It's hard to tell where this was recorded, but it was clearly Tiff looking into the screen, donning a much more casual attire than what she usually wears at the Millennium shows. Although she was not in the arena, she didn't want the world to miss out on the next journey in her career.
Tiff: Hey guys. Sorry I ain't there tonight. But I didn't wanna miss out on the return of Riot.
She keeps going, even despite the welcoming cheers from the Hawaiian crowd watching live.
Tiff: I'm sure a lot of you have seen what's happened over the summer. But after all that, I think all that's left to say is that I'm more than ready to move on. It's time to take a step forward and head into the next chapter in my story here in MWE. Starting with something I should have done a long time ago…
As soon as she says that, we cut to the short clip from this year's Red Line PPV. For those who recall, Tiff was this year's winner, granting her a title opportunity of her choosing, at least until the next event. After that, we cut back to Tiff.
Tiff: I won at this year's Red Line, and I still have a chance at a title of my choosing. At least only for a few more weeks. I know I should have taken this opportunity earlier, but obviously I've been a little preoccupied for the last few months. But now, well let's just say I have a little spare time in my schedule. After the crazy year this has been, I wanna end it with a bang.
The crowd cheers, but since this was pre-recorded, Tiff continued to talk.
Tiff: Believe it or not, I still ain't decided on which title I want to go for. A lot has changed in the title picture this past year, and I intend to do what feels right to me. I will announce which champion to challenge before the end of this year, but before then, I have a lot of time to make up for. So I hope you're ready MWE, because I've got a lot of ass to kick!
After throwing up the devil horns with that final statement, the recording ends, leaving the live fans hyped for what's next for the Death Kicker.
Singles Match
Tiana Petrova-Hammond VS Walker
- Walker looked extremely confident walking into this match, not at all intimidated by the first ever Academy Gold Star. With that cocky smirk printed on his face, he taunted Tiana, mocking her and her girlfriend Trinity Thompson, no longer employed with the company. He immediately came to regret it as the Russian-American mauled him with a harsh slap to the face, following with a volley of stiff blows that pushed Walker all the way back against the ropes. The referee asked for a clean break but he immediately realized that TPH was not in the mood and had to physically step between the two. Walker took the chance to leave the ring and reconsider his approach to the match.
- Tiana immediately chased him on the outside, and Walker fled back inside the ring, only to slide under the ropes on the opposite side. Petrova-Hammond was constantly on his tail, and this game of cat and mouse lasted for a few long seconds until it came to a comical ending when Walker tripped and fell face first on the concrete floor outside. Tiana was right on him, but the New York native quickly turned on his back and raised his legs to the opponent’s stomach, flipping her over and sending her flat on her back. Quickly jumping on the apron, Walker then leaped and connected a legdrop on the outside, hurting his rear in the process.
- Tiana definitely had the worst of it though, and Walker was not done yet. He picked her up and smashed her head against the steel post before tossing her into the barricade. Not giving her any break, Walker connected a dropkick to her face. The referee counted to seven and the Bamboozler decided to bring the match back in the ring, not before driving Tiana’s face against the apron one last time. All of that wasn’t enough to keep her down for the count of three.
- Walker went to the top rope, looking down at his opponent. Basking in his alleged glory, he posed for the fans before jumping with an elbow drop, missing the target and landing hard on his arm. Which, needless to say, was seen as an invitation at targeting that body part by the Russian-American. She twisted and wrenched it in various painful holds, really putting Walker through the grinder. He was able to wrestle his way out of it and immediately charge back at Tiana, running right into a flying armbar. Luckily for him, the ropes were quite close and he was able to save himself.
- To say that Tiana was in full control now was an understatement. Walker had a massive target on that right arm and Tiana kept aiming her attacks there. Every time the Kingspade seemed close to turning the tides, all it took was a hard kick to that arm for Ti to take back control. This situation was frustrating Walker, and we know how he reacts in that situation. He left the ring and grabbed a chair, but unlike in his match against Valkyrie, this time the official stood in his way and disarmed him, throwing the chair out of the ring. The crowd popped, while Walker was not impressed to say the least. He cursed at the ref and turned around into a superkick from Ti that almost turned off the lights from him.
- The referee was still, against his will, featured in the final moments of the match. First Walker used him as a shield, hiding from Tiana’s fury behind his striped shirt. Then he had a close encounter with the Russian-American as Walker pushed him forward. The meeting of the brains knocked down both Ti and the official, which was the green light Walker was waiting for to set in motion the second part of his plan. He picked up the chair from the floor, or at least he tried to. Valkyrie blocked his attempt by stepping on the chair, shaking her head when Walker looked up at him. She shoved him back, grabbed the chair and absolutely brained him with a wicked shot to the head. She pushed him back in the ring, he picked himself up at the exact same moment when Tiana and the official did. The Fight Lab representative delivered a thunderous Gold Star Standard (roundhouse kick), obtaining the win.
WINNER: Tiana Petrova-Hammond BY: Pinfall (Gold Star Standard), 7:56

Riot returns from commercial break with Faizah Marshall already in the middle of the ring.
She is sitting on a black steel folding chair. Resting on her lap is the MWE Cloud Gate Championship. As the crowd boos her, the expression on her face remains blank, feels like all matter of life has been sucked out of her. She brings the microphone to her lips, waiting for the Hawaian crowd to quiet down. Once they do, Faizah finally speaks.
Faizah Marshall: This didn’t turn out the way I imagined. Tell you the truth, I wasn’t sure what to expect. Becoming a pro wrestler was a gift and a curse. The fame. The endorsements. Feeding off the energy of you people, both positive and negative, is quite addictive. But I didn’t take into account how professional wrestling would affect me... personally. I didn’t expect to be the woman who would throw herself at JJ like a love sick puppy. Try to manipulate another woman to sleep with me--
Faizah pauses to shudder at the saga between her and Trinity.
Faizah Marshall: I didn’t expect the woman who I looked up to as an inspiration to turn against me and at the same time, prove beyond a shadow of a doubt how worthless she is. Let the record stand, Tiff did NOTHING to earn her freedom. The entire time I had Tiff under my thumb she didn’t fight back. She didn’t woman up. She needed her dear ole sister to sacrifice her career in order to gain her freedom. Now, Tiff doesn’t want anything to do with me. Well. Good. I want nothing to do with a weak pile of shit anyway. Tiff, if you are content with how our saga ended... guess you have changed. The old Tiff would have finished me off when I gave her the chance. The old Tiff would not have needed Lowri Moss in a handicap situation to humiliate me on the last leg of the summer beach tour. Go ahead. Fuck your useless girlfriend. Livestream all you want. You never got the better of me and you never will. We’re done. You’re officially dead to me.
Faizah closes her eyes as the boos reign in heavier. She lowers her head for a few seconds before raising her head back up. Reopening her eyes, she stares blankly into the camera.
Faizah Marshall: With all of that said.. I want to move on from Millennium Wrestling Entertainment. There’s no place for me here. I have done too much damage. No one takes me seriously. I am mocked. Ridiculed. I am the goddamn Cloudgate Champion. Feels like my reign has been overshadowed for whatever reason. And Faith is right, I never beat her for this. Just like I didn’t truly beat her for the Gold Star. That albatross will always hang over my head thanks to Tiff’s family. I can’t move past it. No one will let me. As long as I am MWE, I will never find peace.
Faizah grabs the Cloud Gate Championship, she rests the belt in the middle of the ring. She stands up.
Faizah Marshall: All I want is a fresh start. No one wants me here. The locker room would throw a parade if I walked away. Lets give the people what they want. Elsa, I mean it. I. Want. Out. I’m done. I want to go to a company where I can start over, clean slate. I am never going to get it here. I have made a fool of myself, there is no redemption for me in this company. Give me what I want. As of today, I am officially ab--
CAN YOU FEEL MY HEART?!
Addison McKinley’s music began blaring through the arena, prompting the Hawaiian crowd to rise to their feet with the timely interruption to the pity party going on in the ring. Addi, however, was less excited, she was focused purely on Faizah while she made her beeline to the ring. With little worry, she rolled under the bottom rope and collecting herself a microphone, staring a hole through the Cloud Gate Champion.
Addison McKinley: So that’s it, huh? That’s what we’ve come to? The loud and proud Faizah Marshall tucking tale and running. If it wasn’t so incredibly pathetic and laced with bullshit, it’d be SAD.
The self-proclaimed G.O.A.T kept her icy gaze focused on Faizah, while pointing down at the discarded championship.
Addison McKinley: You really thought you’d get to come out here and whine your way out of here because you’re being held accountable for your actions, well I got a newsflash for you Faizy, even IF you walked out of this company today, we aren’t done. I told you once, I told you twice, and this might make a thousand times now for all I care; we’re done when I SAY WE ARE.
Faizah moved as if she was going to speak, but Addi forcefully pushed the microphone away, shaking her head.
Addison McKinley: No, you ran your mouth enough, right now you’re going to do a few things for me but first of all, you’re going to shut the fuck up and listen. Second, you’re going to bend your creepy, cringy ass over and pick up that title because if you don’t, I’m going to shove it so far up your ass that you’ll be rocking a Cloud Gate grill covering your pearly whites. Third, you’re going to stop all this bullshit because your little game to coerce someone to sleep with you didn’t work AND GIVE ME MY FUCKING REMATCH. Stop being a little bitch and woman up.
Addison threw her microphone away, her eyes not leaving Faizah’s.
Faizah continues to glare at Addi. She allowed her rival to say what she needed to say without offering any type of defense. She looks down at the Cloudgate Championship. Sighing, she bends down, picks the championship up, then looks at Addison one more time.
Faizah Marshall: I’ll see you at the Anniversary show. Remember, you asked for this.
Faizah walks past Addison. She leaves the ring without looking back at her future challenger.
Tag Team Match
Nightfall Rising VS The Division (RAZE & Wade Manson)
- The loudest pop was for Qiyara Singh and Rhett Adelson, the former MWE tag champions who were accompanying their friends Jay and Donnie to the ring. RAZE and Manson questioned their presence at ringside but Rhett reassured them that they were only here to make sure nobody interfered in the match. He didn’t convince the former [R]evo champions, but nonetheless the match was about to start. Donovan took on Manson to begin the hostility, locking up with him in a test of strength. Wade went immediately for a knee to the stomach and sent Keane into the ropes. On the rebound, The Nightfall Rising member knocked the opponent down with a shoulder block, flexing for the camera. Manson popped back to his feet right away and sprinted toward the ropes, looking to return the courtesy. Donnie jumped over him with a leapfrog and, as Wade bounced back, he took him down with an arm drag.
- You have to give credit where it’s due, the Boys really put in the work during their time off, coming back tonight in a great shape. Add to that some extra motivation they got from wanting their friend and mentor Julian Savell that they would have been a good addition to The Division, and you get a stellar performance from the duo. The Doomsday Device on Manson really came close to sealing the deal, but RAZE broke up the count.
- After Manson reached his corner and tagged RAZE in, the tides began to turn. The Anomaly immediately caught the running Jay and slammed him into the canvas with his First Degree (Black Hole Slam). Before he could make the cover, Donnie entered the ring illegally and charged him, suffering the same fate as his partner.
- Call them The Uncalled Four, call them the Division, Murder City Saints or whatever you want, but RAZE and Manson are still as dominant as they were during their [R]evo days. Keane barely survived the discus clothesline/sweep kick combo, popping up his shoulder at the very last second.
- Just when all hope seemed lost, Keane stepped out of the way of RAZE’s Knockout punch and blasted him with an enziguri kick to the back of the head. The Anomaly went down flat on his chest, giving Donnie time to reach his partner in the corner. If it wasn’t for Manson intercepting him with a yakuza kick, knocking him down inches away from the tag. Singh wasn’t standing for it, stepping up to the apron and staring a hole through Wade. Donnie recovered and reached his partner’s hand for the tag. Jay entered the ring and, first thing first, dropped Manson over the top rope. RAZE was back, looking to take Gallagher out with a clothesline but Jay quickly turned around and lowered the top rope, sending Wade out as well. Some may argue that it was reckless, an unnecessary risk, but the Galla-Star Press to the outside took the palm of move of the night.
- Unfortunately, he couldn’t get the win out of it, and by the time he managed to push RAZE back in the ring, the brit had enough time to recover. Wade didn’t particularly appreciate Qiyara lecturing him and grabbed her by the throat. Rhett immediately came to rescue his girl, but the commotion on the outside distracted both Donnie and, most importantly, Jay. A fatal distraction, as it allowed RAZE to connect the Atomic Bomb and bring home another win for his team.
WINNER: The Division BY: Pinfall (Atomic Bomb), 13:08

“Too Sexy” Tiffany Lynn Page is in the locker room that she shares with Duke Andrews in Afook-Chinen Civic Auditorium. Tiffany is lacing up her left boot as Duke is stretching.
“Too Sexy” Tiffany Lynn Page: Please, babe, just put Megan out of her misery today. She has proven herself to be so useless since we became World Tag Team Champions back in February.
Duke stands there with a smirk on his face.
Duke Andrews: You got it, babe.
Tiffany smiles as Duke goes back to stretching.
“Too Sexy” Tiffany Lynn Page: Figured you will because now that we each made our intentions known it is time for us to make our moves. While Duke is dealing with Megan, Clyde and I are dealing with CCJ and his muscle Marshal Smith. Guys, you no doubt have an impeccable reputation. We all know that Chris is a multi time former World Heavyweight Champion.
Duke Andrews:He is also a former MWE World Tag Team Champion.
“Too Sexy” Tiffany Lynn Page:(With a devilish smile on her face) That’s right. If there is anyone that would know you, Chris, it would be my man. With our game plan, Clyde’s no hold barred ass kicking intensity, with my savy there is no way we can lose because time waits for no man. Don’t believe me, ask Clyde and he will gladly tell you. Just be forewarned that you might not like the way Clyde will tell you. I mean I’ll love it but you’ll equally hate it but that is immaterial for me because both Duke and I want MWE gold around our waists again while Clyde wants to keep his Riot Heavyweight Championship. So we might as well call Chris and Marshal lambs. As in lambs that are being led to slaughter. That is what happens when Clyde and I impose our will.
Tiffany’s phone dings to notify her she has received a text message.
“Too Sexy” Tiffany Lynn Page: Now if you’ll excuse me I have to go talk with my girl, Luna, about somethings.
Tiffany stands up, she walks over to Duke, gives him a peck on the cheek, she walks to the locker room door, and exits their locker room.
Singles Match
Duke Andrews VS Meg Coleman
- Duke Andrews looked in a foul mood tonight, not even waiting for the bell to ring to assault his girlfriend’s former partner. He pinned her in the corner and blasted her with a flurry of punches and elbow strikes. The referee who tried to break them up got yelled at by the former World champion, who then grabbed the opponent and tossed her back to the center of the ring.
- Meg tried to fight back, hitting Duke with a few kicks to the sides. But Andrews barely flinched, throwing a wild punch that caught Coleman right on the jaw and sent her staggering back. Relentless, The Epitome Of Perfection attacked again with the Red, White & Blue combo, obtaining a count of two.
- One of the more one-sided contests in recent history, this match came to a quick ending as Duke obliterated the opponent with a Killshot and an Andrews Effect in rapid succession, stopping the clock in a little over three minutes.
WINNER: Duke Andrews BY: Pinfall (Andrews Effect), 3:16

We open up to the backstage area. There, near the ready area, is “The Assassin” Clyde Sutter. He is dressed in his all black ring gear and black trench coat. Sutter has his MWE Riot Championship title belt wrapped around his waist.
Clyde Sutter: Once upon a time I was a completely different man than the one who you see before you today. I was once a person of uncontrollable rage. I was a monster and so many people thought that they could control me. They thought that they could keep me on a leash.
The Assassin laughs softly.
Clyde Sutter: But no one can control me anymore. And my rage is no longer unchecked. I have learned to accept the fact that I am not in control of my fate. I have learned that time itself is master of all. That knowledge has calmed me. More importantly it has given me control over my rage. Now I am focused. That focus has made me more dangerous than ever before. That focus has made me the MWE Riot Champion.
He pats the title belt around his waist.
Clyde Sutter: Marshal Smith. You still believe that you are in control. You and your friend Constantine falsely believe that you control your own fate. Mr. Constantine should have already come to this realization after he failed…again…to become MWE World Champion. Failure has become synonymous with Mr. Constantine. Yet he still hangs onto the slimmest of hope. That hope is you, Mr. Smith. He wants to ride your coattails thinking that you can take this away from me.
Sutter shakes his head.
Clyde Sutter: You are going to learn very quickly that fate has a different plan for you two. Learn to accept fate. Learn to accept the failure that fate has written into your futures.
Tag Team Match
Clyde Sutter & Tiffany Lynn-Page VS Marshal Smith & Chris Constantine Junior
- Marshal Smith surely made an impact since joining MWE, and it’s undeniable that he benefited from his association with Chris Constantine Junior, as the title shot he recently won testified. On the opposite corner, his future opponent, the Riot champion Clyde Sutter teaming up with Tiffany Lynn-Page. Constantine had some last minute advice to his partner before he took on Page, whispering something in his ear. Blink and you’d miss it, CCJ turned around and blasted the unsuspecting Tiffany with a right hand to the jaw that knocked her down.
- The smirk he had on his face, so smug and proud of himself as he grabbed the opponent’s blonde hair to drag her up to her feet made his actions, if possible, even more despicable. Not that the fans proved any sympathy for Tiffany, mind you. They just hated the former World champion more, and he was perfectly fine with it. He placed his boot to the side of Page’s face and stomped her into the canvas, attempting a cocky pin just by resting his foot on her chest, obviously obtaining only a count of two.
- Tiffany wasn’t against taking shortcuts either, removing the protective pad from the top turnbuckle just to distract the referee so that she could kick CCJ between the legs and get away with it. And while the co-founder of APE was trying to recover, she could reach her corner and make the tag to the Assassin. Sutter pounded Constantine with stiff strikes, but his eyes remained on Marshal almost all the time. He was definitely looking forward to test his next opponent, and the opportunity came less than a minute later, when CCJ surprised him with a chin breaker. In all fairness, it looked like Sutter COULD prevent him from tagging his partner in, but decided against it.
- If there was a “fan favorite” in this match, it had to be Marshal. Despite his questionable alliance with Constantine, the powerhouse managed to carve out a slice of fans thanks to his wrestling style, that peculiar combination of striking ability, technical prowess and brute strength that proved to be very effective even against a seasoned professional like Sutter. The striking combination was swift and hard, leaving Sutter dazed. He then lifted him with shocking ease, throwing him backward with a beautiful exploder suplex.
- The fans went crazy when Smith took Clyde’s Clothesline From Hell and remained on his feet. Sutter wasn’t as impressed as the Hawaiian fans, going for a second clothesline. This one did the trick, flattening the big man. Sutter stepped in and began a seemingly endless series of stomps, finishing with a jumping knee.
- Things got a bit out of hand by the end of the match, and it all triggered when CCJ rushed in the ring to save his partner from the Unforgiven (Claymore kick). Tiffany tried to stop him, but she came in a moment too late. This didn’t stop her from hitting Constantine, who always fought back. Sutter delivered a brutal right to the former champ’s head but he left himself exposed to Marshal’s big kick. Page jumped on the big man’s back and tried to choke him out. This was the kind of stipulation were a man like CCJ thrived, the perfect opportunity for him to pull out his USA flag brass knuckle and strike Sutter down with it. But this time, the referee caught him and immediately called for the DQ. Needless to say, Smith wasn’t happy with the development and glared at Constantine, who tried to talk his way out of it. Apparently, it worked, as Smith turned around and enforced his Marshal Law (tour of the islands) on Page, leaving her laying next to The Assassin.
WINNER: Clyde Sutter & Tiffany Lynn-Page BY: DQ, 15:08

The show opens with a development from earlier in the day, where we see the Riot General Manager, Vincent Moretti, sitting in his office. He is not alone, however. Alongside him is the General Manager of Millennium, Elsa McCarthy, while on the other side of the desk, sat opposite the pair of them, is Lowri Moss, who has the MWE World Championship resting on her lap. We join the scene with the trio seemingly already in mid-conversation.
Lowri Moss: I appreciate that this must have come as a bit of a shock to you both, to say the least, but believe me, this isn’t a decision that I’ve taken lightly. When I beat BROOKFORD to win the title, and then when I stood in the ring on the following show as the new champion, I certainly didn’t anticipate that I would be doing this just a few months later.
Lowri lets out a sigh.
Lowri Moss: Some things are more important than titles though– even World titles.
She glances down at the aforementioned championship.
Lowri Moss: I know this isn’t exactly the best situation that I’m leaving you and the promotion in, and for that I’m sorry, but I have to do what’s right for me and for my mental health. I hope you both understand.
She then places the title on the desk. Elsa looks at the title, then at Moretti, and finally at Lowri.
Elsa McCarthy: I can’t say I’m happy with the development, but I guess we have to make our peace with it.
Elsa reaches on the desk and grabs the MWE World Championship, bringing it to her side of the desk.
Elsa McCarthy: With the Five Year Anniversary show coming up quickly, this throws a big wrench in our plans.
She is now addressing her Riot counterpart, who nods in agreement.
Elsa McCarthy: We could run a tournament and crown the next champion at the pay-per-view, but this is not the time to discuss that.
The Millennium General Manager acknowledges the camera with a nod. Moretti, who seems to have noticed it just now, does not seem to be happy with the cameraman broadcasting what he would have preferred to keep private.
Elsa McCarthy: Thank you for everything you’ve done for the company, Lowri. I wish you all the best in the continuation of your career.
Lowri gives up a nod of her head.
Lowri Moss: Thank you, Elsa.
The now-former MWE World Champion gets up from her seat and extends her hand towards Elsa, who shakes it. Lowri then shakes hands with Moretti, before the camera cuts away.
Singles Match
Melissa Reeves VS Olly
- You may like Olly or not, and pretty much everyone watching the show tonight fits in the second group, but you can’t deny that his rise in MWE has been nothing short of impressive. Second consecutive main event for the former Academy student, whose confidence had to be at an all time high after the huge win over Devin Hearst in that buried alive match. Tonight he faced another former World champion in what looked like a “paid hit” after the Australian stopped Julian from helping the Division in the tag title match.
- Mel started, quite literally, with the right foot, repeatedly connecting it against Olly’s body. Ribs, chest and head, her kicks always hit the target, the young man seemingly unable to dodge or counter them. After getting knocked down by a bicycle kick, Olly thought it was better to leave the ring and catch a break.
- A veteran like Mel knew better than following Olly outside. He proved in his short career how dangerous and creative he can be when he’s given the opportunity to use the surroundings to hurt the opponent, and Mel didn’t want any of that. Instead, she waited inside the ring, although when Olly was about to get in, she couldn’t pass on the chance to hit him with a baseball slide. Too bad for her the former Academy student saw that coming and took a step to his right, grabbing Mel’s leg and sending her crashing into the barricade.
- Olly used the full ten count to punish Reeves, launching her onto the commentary table. When the ref shouted Nine, he entered the ring and immediately exited again, restarting the count. He went to pick up Melissa, but she surprised him with a shoulder to the stomach and pushed him all the way back into the steel post. Olly looked stunned as the back of his head hit the cold steel, but then his instinct kicked in, allowing him to duck the chop.
- The Aussie was hurting, hitting the steel post with your hand is definitely no fun. And neither was Olly stomping on that same hand, or bending the finger with the sole purpose of hurting her. But Reeves went through far worse in her career. She bit the bullet, took the punishment Olly was dishing out and waited for the opening to turn the tides once again, catching the two-time MWE Tag Team champion in a triangle choke.
- Olly broke through the submission, managing to free one hand and punching Mel’s ribs until she was forced to let him go. Up to their feet, they began trading strikes once again, both of them going for a bicycle kick at the same time and knocking each other down.
- Another great performance from Olly, who showed he can really go even against the top dogs in MWE. He came close to the upset win, although some could argue that seeing his recent performances it’s not really an upset, with his Leap Of Faith (superman punch), but Mel still had enough to kick out before the three.
- Reeves’ experience came into play as the match drew to a conclusion. The Aussie caught Olly with her patented Reaver Slam, following with a leg drop that almost gave her the win. She climbed to the top rope and jumped toward Olly with the Death From Above, but the youngest member of The Division moved out of the way. Exhausted, the two used part of the referee’s double count to recover, only beginning to stir up at seven.
- Julian Savell came out of the curtain, briefcase in hand ready to use it to give his protegé the advantage. WAIT A MINUTE! WHO’S STANDING IN HIS WAY? That’s Liberty Pro and up-and-coming star Miki! What is she doing here? And why did she just knock Savell down with a spinning heel kick? Well, the answer to the last question is pretty easy, actually. She prevented him from using the briefcase to his advantage and provided a distraction that allowed Mel to connect the Magnitude Nine and get the win over Olly. As for the other questions? They will be answered in the upcoming weeks…
WINNER: Melissa Reeves BY: Pinfall (Magnitude Nine), 18:39
