CHARACTER HISTORY/BIO
Dakota never knew a stable home, from day one. Her mother left her not long after birth, having never wanted her, in the hands of a father who also never wanted a daughter. She was often an afterthought, receiving the bare minimum in attention and care. Despite her father working a decent, well paying job, she had little of note.
Her father, being obsessed with sports, pushed her into different athletics. Soccer, softball, volleyball, basketball, track, hoping to find something she’d be halfway decent at. She leapt at every opportunity, hoping to win his love, but despite her best efforts she was very middle of the road at anything she tried. Never a starter, never a champion. No trophies or medals.
She found a passion for guitar, self teaching herself with a beat up old acoustic she found in the attic. While not amazing, she stuck with it through high school much to her fathers disappointment. Upon graduating, she was pushed to the side even more as her father went into the dating world, ignoring her as she was forced to bounce around from job to job to support herself.
Wrestling is seen by her to be the last chance to earn her fathers love and maybe now more importantly, his respect.
